Man sollte erwarten können das ein Dienstleister bis 18:00 geöffnet hat. Employee motivation is more so-so, Opening times are absolutely impossible for working people ... One should expect that a service provider will be open until 6:00 pm
O	Othmar HANNY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal hat die Freundlichkeit nicht erfunden. Es wird nicht gegrüßt und man stellt ganz offensichtlich seinen Frust über seine Arbeit offen zur Schau. Leider hat man ein Monopol und kann sich so eine Kundenbehandlung scheinbar dadurch leisten. The staff did not invent friendliness. It is not greeted and it is quite obvious that you are showing off your frustration with your work. Unfortunately, you have a monopoly and can apparently afford to treat your customers through it.

In der Früh, wenn alle vor dem Weg ins Büro Briefe oder Packete aufgeben wollen, ist nur 1 von 3 Schaltern besetzt, der noch dazu zumeist mit dem langsamsten Postbeamten, der österreichweit zu finden ist. Er erinnert mich an die Faultiere in Zoomania. Man muss mit bis zu 40 min Wartezeiten rechnen, der Packetaufgabe-Automat ist ständig kaputt. Ich habe es bereits mehrmals aufgegeben und bin zum Hermes oder GLS Annahmeshop gegangen. Kann ich jedem nur raten. Unfortunately, I have to award a star to be able to write this review at all. Der Zusteller hat bei mir angeläutet, ich habe ihm aufgemacht und trotzdem einen Zettel im Postkasten, dass mein Paket in der Abholstation abzuholen ist. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung! Da sollte sich etwas ändern! Happened for the 3rd time. The deliverer rang my bell, I opened it and still put a note in the mailbox that my package should be picked up at the pick-up station. I don't think it's okay! Something should change!
A	Andreas Aichberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es gibt einen stern, weil man den vergeben muss. beschwerde mitte august 2020 über die urlaubsvertretung meines postlers wegen nichtzustellung deponiert (schriflich über kontaktformular und telefonisch). rückmeldung wurde versprochen. nach 2 monate bekomme ich die aussage, dass die beschwerden nach einlangdatum bearbeitet werden und ich noch geduld haben müsse. d.h. mitte oktober sind sie noch immer mit beschwerden beschäftigt, die VOR meiner beschwerde eingegangen sind? hilfe bekommt man leider bei dem verein nicht. servicewüste post, beschwerdemanagement de facto nicht vorhanden. there is a star because you have to forgive it. Andere Poststellen wie Mistelbach, Korneuburg, Gänserndorf, etc schließen auch erst um 18/19 Uhr The opening times until only 5:30 p.m. is an absolute cheek. Other post offices such as Mistelbach, Korneuburg, Gänserndorf, etc. do not close until 6/7 p.m.

Wie kann das in einer digitalen Welt passieren? Gestern wieder ein Business Paket abgegeben und jetzt "Verzögerung wegen Fehlverteilung" siehe Foto. Unglaublich unprofessionell. Business package with pre-printed labels for scanning. Swiss Post delivers the package to my home (to the sender) on the same day. How can that happen in a digital world? Yesterday I handed in a business package again and now see "Delay due to maldistribution" see photo. Incredibly unprofessional.
