Meine Probleme wurden schnell gelöst und mir ausführlich erklärt wie ich es nächstes mal ohne ihre hilfe schaffe, sie aber immer bereit wären mir wieder zu helfen sollte es nicht funktionieren. Höchste Frecheit - in anwesenheit von Kunden besprechen Mitarbeiter laut private Sachen als ob vor denen niemand steht, zeigen die Respektlosigkeit 1A, schmeißen die Sendungen auf der Theke wie man einen Knochen an Hund schmeißen würde. Man hat das Gefühl als ob man kein Kunde, sondern eine nicht wilkommene Last ist. Als Service kann man das leider nicht nennen. Unfortunately I have to deal professionally with the post office and often have to go to the store. Highest cheek - in the presence of customers, employees discussing private matters as if nobody stands by, show the disrespect 1A, throw the broadcasts on the counter like one would throw a bone at dog. One has the feeling that one is not a customer, but an unwelcome burden. Unfortunately you can not call that a service.

I was able to pick up my cell phone, the staff were so kind to transfer all data to me for free. I am very happy with my new device.
