Bei den vorgefertigten Unterlagen mit Durchschlagpapier muss die Dame nur 1x unterschreiben. The very friendly lady said to me, I should bring the documents not printed, because there are only with the prefabricated material punches and you do not like each sheet individually signed. With the pre-made documents with copy paper the lady must sign only 1x.

Bei der Hotline bekommt man keine Hilfe und man verweist darauf eine Nachforschung zu machen, welche mir auch nichts bringt, da ich den Brief bis spätestens morgen Mittag brauche. Auch zur Filiale werde ich nicht durchgestellt, angeblich wegen datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Hier wird mal wieder schlampige unprofessionelle Arbeit gedeckt. Eine Zumutung und Unverschämtheit. Bei diesen Preisen sollte man Pünktlichkeit ja wohl erwarten dürfen. Yesterday a letter was sent by express for 9.96 euros to Vienna. This is still in the store. The hotline you get no help and they refer to a research, which brings me nothing, since I need the letter until noon tomorrow at noon. Also to the branch I am not put through, allegedly for data protection regulations. Here again sloppy unprofessional work is covered. An impertinence and insolence. Punctuality should be expected at these prices.

Urlaubsvertretung??? Briefe werden unprofessionell zusammengeknüllt und so beschädigt. Die täglich anfallende Post wird aus Bequemlichkeit nur halb in den Postkasten gesteckt! Rundschau, Tips, Schärdinger Magazin etc. bei feuchtem Wetter dadurch durchnässt & unbrauchbar!!! Der Lesestoff musste sofort ungelesen entsorgt werden! Obwohl die verantwortliche Person schon persönlich (!) darauf angesprochen wurde, hat sich am schlampigen Zustellservice nichts geändert! Bestes bzw. schlechtes Beispiel, der 27.02.2020. "Kundendienst" (?) sieht anders aus!! Massive post delivery problem in Schärding !!! Lately, only an unacceptable, sloppy delivery variant has been offered! Vacation replacement??? Letters are crumpled up unprofessionally and thus damaged. For convenience, the daily mail is only half put in the mailbox! Rundschau, tips, Schärdinger Magazin etc. in wet weather so wet & unusable! The reading material had to be disposed of unread immediately! Although the responsible person has already been addressed personally (!), Nothing has changed in the sloppy delivery service! Best or bad example, February 27th, 2020. "Customer service" (?) Looks different !!

Kundenservice ist echt unter aller Sau bei denen Extremely unfriendly staff, especially the A1 "expert". If you have any questions about filling out the customs form, you will be laughed at and snapped at. Customer service is really bad for them
