Got the delivery on the 26th with Premium Versand. Nothing arrived so far. That can't be that I pay extra for premium shipping and then don't even get the speed of normal shipping

Unfreundliches Personal, beschädigt Verpackungen, Das Abstellen der Pakete werden nicht wie im extra ausgefülltem Formal berücksichtigt, unachtsames Arbeiten für die Zustellung der Pakete (Ups! Wir haben das Paket zurückgeschickt), Kein Anläuten an der Klingel wenn ein Paket da ist.
Bitte berichtigen Sie ihre Arbeitsmoral!
Most terrible post office ever. Unfriendly staff, damaged packaging, the setting down of the parcels are not taken into account as in the specially completed form, careless work for the delivery of the parcels (Oops! We sent the parcel back), no ringing the bell when a parcel is there.
Please correct your work ethic!
