Es ist nicht selbstverständlich,dass jemand der den Pool nicht gebaut hat trotzdem hilft. Vielen Dank Monika und Michl Smida

Very bad start for a possible pool job. Appointment not kept, only excuses about cell phone number. 2 Deadline missed, forgotten. Simply not to be recommended although 2nd pool orders were promised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Pool wurde vor vielen Jahren gebaut und vor 20 Jahren saniert - die Anlage hat daher so ihre Eigenheiten.
Zu einer akuten Störung der Filteranlage haben wir schnelle, freundliche und kompetente Hilfe durch Fa. Eckschlager erhalten.
Bereits am Telefon wurden diverse Fehlerquellen abgefragt und konnten ausgeschlossen werden. Beim kurzfristig angesetzten Termin vor Ort wurde dann ein defektes Bauteil getauscht und die Inbetriebnahme überprüft. Die Abrechnung erfolgte zeitnah, transparent und angemessen.
Vielen Dank - Ihre Kontaktdaten sind nun für zukünftige Projekte und Wartungsarbeiten in unserem Adressbuch gespeichert.
Our pool was built many years ago and renovated 20 years ago - the complex therefore has its own peculiarities.
We received quick, friendly and competent help from Eckschlager for an acute fault in the filter system.
Various sources of error were already queried on the phone and could be ruled out. At the short-notice on-site appointment, a defective component was then replaced and the commissioning checked. Billing was prompt, transparent and appropriate.
