Wochenlang keine Infos und am Telefon unfreundlich. Followers are good, but customer service is catastrophic. Money is debited immediately even though spare parts are not available for weeks. (According to the homepage in stock!) No information for weeks and unfriendly on the phone.

Aber das nachbestellte Hochplanengestell und der unfreundliche Kundendienst sind eine Zumutung: eine unleserliche, schlecht kopierte S/W-Bauanleitung (ein A5 Blatt), nicht passende Adapter (Kundendienst meint "Die müssen sie halt selbst nachbohren oder wollen sie wirklich den ganzen Aufwand um sie zurückzuschicken"), minderwertige Schrauben die bei leichtem Anziehen abbrechen, Rohre die sofort einknicken, Torbandschrauben die hinter gebördelter Kante nicht eingefädelt werden können, usw. Und noch dazu: Das Ganze schwerst überteuert. Habe viel Lehrgeld bezahlt. Schade, dass eine heimische Firma derartiges Glumpert herstellt und liefert. Gut, dass es auch andere Anhängerproduzenten gibt. The LPA 206 U-B is OK. But the reordered tarpaulin frame and the unfriendly customer service are unreasonable: illegible, poorly copied black and white building instructions (an A5 sheet), incorrect adapters (customer service means "You just have to re-drill yourself or you really want all the effort to do with it." return "), inferior screws that break off when tightened slightly, pipes that buckle immediately, hinge screws that cannot be threaded behind a flanged edge, etc. And what's more: the whole thing is very overpriced. I paid a lot of money. It's a shame that a local company manufactures and supplies such Glumpert. It's good that there are other trailer manufacturers too.
M	Michael Schwickert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, Laut, und Agressiv. Ich habe eine Siebdruckplatte für meinen Anhänger bestellt welche mit Spedition geliefert wird. Die Spedition konnte niemanden antreffen und die Ware wurde wieder mitgenommen. Daraufhin habe ich eine Abstellerlaubnis per Email an den Shop gesendet. Die Email wurde nie beantwortet. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Spedition stellte sich herraus das der Shop keine Abstellerlaubnis akzeptiert. (In Corona Zeiten eigentlich unglaublich) Daraufhin habe ich die Bestellung storniert weil ich nicht sicherstellen kann das bei Lieferung jemand zuhause ist. Darauf bekam ich einen Anruf von einer lauten, unfreundlichen Dame die sich offenbar weder mit einer Abstellerlaubnis noch mit Kundenservice auskannte. Meinen nächsten Anhänger sowie Ersatzteile kaufe ich von einer anderen Firma. Unfriendly, loud, and aggressive. I have ordered a screen printing plate for my trailer, which will be delivered by a shipping company. The shipping company could not find anyone and the goods were taken away again. I then emailed the shop permission to park. The email was never answered. After a phone call with the shipping company it turned out that the shop does not accept a storage permit. (Actually unbelievable in Corona times) Then I canceled the order because I cannot make sure that someone will be at home when the delivery is made. Then I got a call from a loud, unfriendly lady who was apparently neither familiar with a parking permit nor with customer service. I'll buy my next trailer and spare parts from another company.

Gescheitert, weil stets nach mehreren Minuten in der Warteschleife aufgelegt wird. Pongratz zeigt damit auf sehr deutliche Art und Weise dem Kunden an, dass er stört. Ich habe verstanden. Tried for a whole week by phone to get information about a spare part. Failed because it always hung up after several minutes in the queue. Pongratz shows the customer in a very clear way that he is disturbing. I have understood.
J	John Bodelier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anhänger gekauft beim Firma Kloock in Zülpich am 07-2020,kaufpreis 3700 euro In august 2021 ist der Bremsstoßdampfer kaput und der firma Kloock had das reklamiert beim Pongratz und die sagten das ist ein verschleiß teil und nicht in die Gewährleistung mit drin und wen ich Beschwerde habe Uber die Qualität mus ich mich melden beim firma Knott die machen die Stoßdampfer Mein werkstad repariert im ,ich musste nur der Stoßdämpfer zahlen 50Euro,das alles ist nicht richtig ein Jahr schon kaput das ist zeer slechte service von Pongratz. Alle teilen sind verschleiß teilen, dan können die auch Anhänger verkaufen one sorgen. A	Alex. F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Firma ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Zusammen mit der Ware gibt es ein allg. Infoschreiben das besagt das alle Arten von Mängeln innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Zustellungsdatum Schriftlich und mit Bildern angezeigt werden müssen. Alle Reklamationen welche später als nach 3 Tage gemeldet werden werden abgelehnt. Ich bin sprachlos, keine Garantie, keine Produkthaftung kein gar nichts, null. Selbst für nen Östereicher ist solch ein Geschäftsgebahren alsolut unterste Schublade, aber die absolut unterste. Einfach gesagt, sie kaufen einen Hänger für für 2000 Euro und bekommen eine große Kiste Wäscheklammern geliefert, bemerken dies aber erst nach 4 Tagen, tja pech gehabt. Viel spass beim Wäsche aufhängen. Natürlich waren meine Bordwände beschädigt, verbogen und einfach nur eine unsagbare Frechheit. Natürlch bin ich erst am 4 Tag nach der Lieferung dazu gekommen das ganze auszupacken und mit dem versuch des Aufbaus zu beginnen. Ja, da hatte ich pech gehabt, verloren. Anbei ein paar Bilder und das Infoschreiben. Ich kann nur ernsthaft abraten Produkte dieser Firma zu kaufen. Sie sind ihr Geld los und haben einn Haufen verbogenes Blech bekommen. This company is an absolute disaster. All complaints which are reported later than after 3 days will be rejected. I'm speechless, no guarantee, no product liability, no nothing, zero. Even for an Austrian, such business behavior is absolutely the bottom drawer, but absolutely the bottom. Simply put, you buy a hanger for 2000 euros and get a large box of clothespins delivered, but only notice this after 4 days, well bad luck. Have fun hanging up your laundry. Of course my side walls were damaged, bent and just an unspeakable cheek. Of course I only got around to unpacking the whole thing on the 4 day after delivery and to start trying to set it up.
