M	Manuel Posarnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrter Herr Wulz Ich Stimme Ihnen zu das meine Bewertung ohne Begründung zu nennen nicht richtig war!Von einer Sitzprobe war allerdings nie eine Rede! Bei der Sitzprobe zuhause stellte ich dann fest das sich nicht viel geändert hat, und auch das der Bezug an der Tankseite so bespannt war das er bei der Tankbefestigungslasche komplett anstand! So das ich zu dem Entschluss kam den Bezug zu entfernen um nachzusehen was gemacht wurde , wo mir dann kein großer Unterschied auffiel. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Ich habe mich dann entschieden es selbst zu machen und habe den Sitz soweit begradigt das man beim sitzen nicht mehr an den tank rutscht , und es ist noch genug Schaumstoff übrig. Das dann zu dieser Bewertung geführt hat. Natürlich hätte ich erst sie kontaktieren sollen, aber in diesem Moment habe ich darüber nicht nachgedacht! Im Nachhinein wäre es wahrscheinlich die bessere Lösung gewesen. Und zu dem Telefonat, wenn sie es nicht nach 2 Minuten beendet hätten! Hätte ich Ihnen meine Gründe nennen können! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Manuel Dear Mr. Wulz I agree with you that my rating was not correct without giving a reason, but there was never a question of a seat test! During the seat test at home, I found that not much had changed, and that the cover on the tank side was so covered that it was completely in line with the tank mounting bracket! So I decided to remove the cover to see what was done, where I didn't notice much difference. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. I then decided to do it myself and straightened the seat so that you can no longer slip against the tank while sitting, and there is still enough foam left. That then led to this evaluation. Of course, I should have contacted them first, but at that moment I wasn't thinking about it! In retrospect, it probably would have been the better solution. And to the phone call if they hadn't ended it after 2 minutes! I could have given you my reasons! Sincerely yours Manuel

Ich habe mein Hardtop dort abgegeben, um es innen neu beziehen zu lassen. Mir wurde die darauffolgende Woche zur Fertigstellung genannt. Da ich dann nicht kontaktiert wurde, habe ich in der darauf folgenden Woche telefonisch nachgefragt und eine mehr oder weniger unfreundliche, abspeisende Antwort ohne Entschuldigung erhalten - "Das dauert halt. Es wird diese Woche fertig". Als ich es am Ende der genannten Woche abgeholte habe (der Wagen muss eingewintert werden), stand es noch exakt an der Stelle, wo ich es zweieinhalb Wochen zuvor abgestellt habe. Es wurde nichtmal angeschaut. Danke für nichts! I am happy for the company that it appears to be so busy to ignore smaller jobs. I left my hardtop there to have it reupholstered inside. I was given the next week for completion. Since I was then not contacted, I asked by phone the following week and received a more or less unfriendly, dumped answer without an apology - "That'll take time. It will be ready this week". When I picked it up at the end of the week mentioned (the car has to be put in winter), it was still exactly where I parked it two and a half weeks earlier. It wasn't even looked at. Thanks for nothing!
