★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da das meine insgesamt dritte Hausdurchsuchung, aber die erste der Polizei Wolfurt war, dachte ich, das wäre eine Rezension wert.
Pro:
- Die 5 jungen Herren haben ihre Arbeit gut erledigt. dabei aber meine Bude nicht komplett zerlegt (wie zB das LKA gerne tut) bzw sogar fast sauberer hinterlassen als davor
- Es wurde Rücksicht auf meine Freundin und ihre Geräte genommen, wodurch sie weiter an ihrem Studium arbeiten kann
- Außerdem nahmen sie auch Rücksicht auf meine Katze (das LKA hätte diese vom Drogenspür-Hund wahrscheinlich zerfleischen lassen)
- Auf dem Posten bei der Vernehmung verspürte ich keinen großen psychischen Stress oder Androhung von Gewalt bzw Maßnahmen die nicht erlaubt sind, wie ich es sonst gewohnt bin
Contra:
- Dies sollte eigentlich ein Pluspunkt sein, da sie in Zivil erschienen sind, jedoch mit dem Polizei-Bus vorfuhren
Fazit: Alles in allem eine recht humane Angelegenheit somit 4 von 5 Sternen
Update: Im Nachhinein änder ich das ganze auf 5/5 Sterne und hoffe die Herren bleiben auf diesem korrekten Weg.
Since this was my third house search, but the first by the Wolfurt Police, I thought it was worth a review.
Per:
- The 5 young men did their job well. but my booth was not completely dismantled (as the LKA likes to do) or even left almost cleaner than before
- Consideration was given to my friend and her equipment, so that she can continue to work on her studies
- They also showed consideration for my cat (the LKA would probably have let the drug detection dog tear it up)
- At the post during the interrogation, I did not feel any great psychological stress or threats of violence or measures that are not allowed, as I am used to
Cons:
- This should be a plus as they appeared in civilian clothes but pulled up on the police bus
Conclusion: All in all a very humane affair with 4 out of 5 stars
Update: In retrospect I change the whole thing to 5/5 stars and hope the gentlemen stay on the correct path.
