 Friendly, competent and human! Of course you don't want to have to go to the police, but the dealings with customers are right here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich könnte mich mit diesen Kollegen nicht täglich aussetzen. Anstand, Höflichkeit sowie Professionalität sah ich leider sehr selten dort. Es ist halt merklich der 15te Bezirk leider.
I couldn't expose myself to these colleagues every day. Unfortunately, I rarely saw decency, courtesy and professionalism there. It's just noticeably the 15th district, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine Frage bzl. einer Verlustanzeige und wurde nach Betreten der Inspektion im Raum (alleine) stehen gelassen. Nach einiger Wartezeit klopfte ich mal an die Scheibe, worauf hin ich von einem älteren Beamte sehr unfreundlich angeschnauzt wurde "Wos woins?! Hinsetzen!! - Da!" Zum Glück wurde meine Frage später von einem jungen und sehr netten Beamten beantwortet. Hilfbereitschaft und soziale Kompetenz eher mangelhaft bei der älteren Generation. Had a question bzl. a loss report and was left after entering the inspection in the room (alone). After some waiting time, I knocked on the disc, whereupon I was scolded by a senior official very unfriendly "Wos woins ?! Sit down !! - There!" Luckily my question was later answered by a young and very nice official. Helpfulness and social skills rather poor in the older generation. Jo mei, the IS HOLT AUSTRIA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend tried to do his ecard here the third time today. Turned away with "This photo is not good, your shoulders should not be in it." This picture has been there the first two times as well - nobody said that it was not good. We got our 4th appointment.
I was pretty lost too, when they said the first time that the picture should not be just printed out on simple paper - as far as I saw it was scanned. Does the scanning deny my picture when it is not on photoaper? (Rhetorical question)
