Die Strafregisterbescheinigung kann – unabhängig vom Hauptwohnsitz – bei jeder sachlich zuständigen Behörde, in deren Wirkungsbereich sich die Antragstellerin/der Antragsteller gerade aufhält, beantragt werden. (oesterreich.gv.at) Not polite! Upon request, I was informed that one could not apply for a criminal record certificate from the Leibnitz police station, but from the municipality. The criminal record certificate can - regardless of the main residence - be applied for at any competent authority in whose sphere of activity the applicant is currently staying. (oesterreich.gv.at)

R	Richard Ernst Kratochwil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe zuvor noch nie etwas mit diesem Polizeiposten zu tun,doch dann wurde ich von meiner Freundin rausgeschmissen mit in der Nacht, und irrte in der Nacht herum, und dann rief ich die Polizei Leibnitz an und der Beamte begleitete mich am Telfeon durch diese Nacht und ich kam Gott sei Dank am Bahnhof an!" Dann das nächste Problem es war mitten in der Nacht,es war klirend kalt,dann kamen zwei weitere Beamte in den Einsatz,die waren so nett und sperren mir den Bahnhof auf damit ich endlich Wärne bekam!" Vielen Dank an diese 3 Beamten!" I've never had anything to do with this police station before, but then I was kicked out by my girlfriend during the night and wandered around during the night, and then I called the Leibnitz police and the officer accompanied me on the phone through that night and thank God I arrived at the train station! "Then the next problem it was in the middle of the night, it was freezing cold, then two other officers came into action, they were so nice and unlocked the train station for me so that I could finally warm up got!" Many thanks to these 3 officials! "
O	O S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetent, Hilfsbereit, Rund um die Uhr besetzt (wobei Parteienverkehr in den Nachtstunden wirklich nur für Notfälle und nicht z.B. Führerscheinverlust) und lieber Frano Juric; ist schön, dass sie anscheinend zitieren können, nur nicht sinnerfassend lesen..... sachlich zuständige Behörde ist nämlich in diesem Fall beim SA-Auzug der Bürgermeister, nicht die Polizei (Überschriftenleser halt ?) Competent, helpful, staffed around the clock (with party traffic in the night hours really only for emergencies and not e.g. loss of driving license) and dear Frano Juric; it's nice that you can apparently quote, just don't read meaningfully ..... the factually competent authority in this case is the mayor, not the police (headline reader stop ?)
