Es war eine Bundesstrasse von Wien nach Wels, da braucht man 3 h 30 min wenn man die Mautstrassen meidet. Ich soll bereits nach 1,5Std. dort gewesen sein, denn so das "angebliche" Blitzerfoto, was mir verwehrt blieb. Dann muss ich ja geflogen sein, aber laut Blitzer nur 15km/h zu schnell. Erklärungen, Fotos auf dem Widerspruch wurden verwehrt. Dafür statt 35€ 50€ an Verwarnungsgeld, naja mit den Deutschen können die es ja machen. Der Anwalt aus Österreich hat auch gesagt, das die Blitzeranlagen nie korrekt sind. Das hat man als Laie anhand der Zeit und der Entfernung selbst festgestellt. Aber diese Frau G.W. von der PI Wels war auch sehr unfreundlich, von Impressum, Anrede, Verabschiedung usw. in den Mails war alles Fehlanzeige, man hat den Verdacht gehabt, das es sich um Fake-Schreiben handelt, auch sowie die Schreiben aussahen. Alles in allem: Nur weil es dort keinen Widerspruch gibt oder die es nicht kennen, wurden aus den 50 dann ca. 85€. Gut, ich war kulant, habe 1 Cent für die sehr freundliche Frau G.W. extra überwiesen, für Ihren Deutschland-Urlaub als Anzahlung. Hoffe die Ösi-Touris haben auch mal das Glück hier, in eine solch komische Version zu gelangen. Aber das wird nicht sein, da man hier von vorne geblitzt wird und nicht von hinten, von einem Nicht-Sichtbaren stationären Blitzer, der am Ende ein Beamter der PI Wels war, sowie es diese o.g.
