An alle Personalbereitstellungsunternehmen - Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen.
Der Schein trügt!
Personal wird ohne Meldung frei gestellt, Rechnungen und Stundensätze werden nachträglich gedrückt.
Schutzausrüstung etc. obwohl schon vorhanden wird verrechnet weil ihr Firmenlogo drauf sein muss ohne Vereinbarung.
Kommunikation schwierig und falsche Leute.
Ihr Eigenpersonal/Vorarbeiter kommt alkoholisiert auf die Baustelle - Sandoz und ist teilweise nicht fähig Anweisungen zu geben.
Ständige Versuche das Personal abzuwerben und wenn sich die Mitarbeiter zur Wehr setzten und bei uns Meldung erstattet haben wurden sie runter gemacht oder verschickt.
Wir haben unser Personal abgezogen und geben uns den Stress mit der Firma PMS nicht mehr.
Die Firma PMS steht bei uns auf der schwarzen Liste und wird von uns nicht mehr beliefert - es gibt genug verlässliche Kunden in dieser Branche, zum Glück!

Appearances are deceptive!
Personnel are released without notification, invoices and hourly rates are subsequently pressed.
Protective equipment etc., although already available, will be charged because your company logo must be on it without an agreement.
Communication difficult and wrong people.
Your own staff / foreman comes to the construction site - Sandoz - drunk and is sometimes not able to give instructions.
Constant attempts to poach the staff and when the employees defended themselves and reported to us they were taken down or sent.
We have withdrawn our staff and no longer give ourselves the stress of the PMS company.
The company PMS is on our black list and is no longer supplied by us - there are enough reliable customers in this branch, luckily!
