Es wurde uns als Käufer ein Neuprojekt angeboten mit vielen möglichen Ausstattungsoptionen, im Endeffekt war nichts möglich, Bau und Ausstattungsbeschreibung wich von der Ausstattung des Erstgesprächs ab, keine Detailinfos zu Materialien da man sich nicht festlegen wollte. Zusagen wurden nach einer Woche doch wieder revidiert. Die gewünschten und auch zugesagten Informationen wurden nicht bereitgestellt (keine Pläne, keine Hausverwaltung/Betriebskosten bekannt, keine Aufpreise für normale Ausstattungen geliefert). Die Leistung die von Hrn. Pluskota selbst angeboten wurden kamen letztendlich doch nicht. Letzte Aussage, es sind keine Ergänzungen gewünscht. Die Friss oder Stirb Methode wurde suggeriert, daher keine Empfehlung aus Käufersicht. Not satisfactory! It was offered as a buyer a new project with many possible equipment options, in the end, nothing was possible, construction and equipment description wich from the equipment of the initial discussion, no detailed information to materials that you did not want to specify. Commitments were revised after a week again. The desired and prominent information were not provided (no plans, no property management / operating costs known, no charges for normal equipment delivered). The performance that was offered by Mr. Pluskota itself came ultimately not. Last statement, no additions are desired. The Friss or Die Method was suggested, therefore no recommendation from buyer's point of view.

Früher da, hat angerufen und sich erkundigt im Vorhinein und hat auch einen guten räumlichen Blick. Er konnte sofort unsere Vorstellungen betreffend wo man denn welches Möbelstück hinstellen könnte mit guten Tipps in die "Tat" umsetzen. Natürlich nur in der bildlichen Vorstellung. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Termin und wir können ihn daher sehr empfehlen. Mr. Pluskota was super nice and helpful when we visited the apartment today.
