Top Kundenservice, der schnell auf meine Fragen reagiert hat und noch schnellerer Versand nach Klärung meiner Fragen. :) Ordered something for the first time - and not the last time. Top customer service that responded quickly to my questions and even faster shipping after my questions have been clarified. :)

Sehr schlechte Folien, die Buchstaben verheddern sich im Plotter, sehr schlechte Qualität. Da bestelle ich nie wieder. Much too expensive shipping costs, very poor customer service in the event of a complaint, the return shipping still has to be paid for yourself. Absolute cheek. Very bad foils, the letters get tangled in the plotter, very bad quality. I'll never order again.
L	Lyd ia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder kauf ich hier was verrechnet gratis Artikel und den lebenslangen Rabatt beim Plotterkauf gibt sie auch nicht sehr ärgerlich ... sofort verfügbare Artikel sind nicht sofort verfügbar etc. nie nie nie wieder bin echt enttäuscht NACHTRAG auf die Antwort: Geklärt habt ihr nicht wirklich was, bzw. für Euch war geklärt, ich als Kunde wurde total übergangen ich habe keine Aktionen bestellt. Ihr habt den Rabatt komplett weggelassen. Außerdem seid ihr alles andere als freundlich gewesen. Darum bin ich mit Sicherheit nie wieder Kunde bei Euch. Never again will I buy something free of charge and the lifelong discount when buying a plotter is not very annoying ... Articles available immediately are not available immediately etc. never, never, never again I'm really disappointed ADDENDUM to the answer: You didn't really clarify anything, or it was clarified for you, I was totally ignored as a customer, I did not order any promotions. You completely omitted the discount. Besides, you were anything but friendly. That’s why I’m definitely never going to be a customer of you again.
