Schon beim Erstkontakt hat die Chemie und das Vertrauen gepasst und es hat nicht viele Überlegungen gebraucht um zur Vertragsunterzeichnung zu gelangen. Aufgrund der sehr kompetente Beratung und der Art und Weise wie mir unkompliziert die Qualitativ hochwertigen Produkte von Internorm bzw Raffstores und Rollos von Schlotterer angepriesen wurden war meine Entscheidung rasch klar. Durch die sehr fachliche Auskunft und den fairen Preisen habe ich mich auch entschlossen ein Hörmann Garagentor, die Fensterbänke, eine Nebeneingangstür und die Innentüren bei Planfenster Süd zu bestellen. Der Einbau der georderten Produkte von den eigenen Monteuren verlief reibungslos und wurde sehr sorgfältig getätigt. Alle zugesagten Leistungen, Versprechungen, Qualitätskriterien sowie Kosten wurden genauestens und kundenorientiert eingehalten. Einfach Top. Von mir gibts die volle Punkteanzahl! Allein bei der freundlichen Beratung hat man gleich die Kompetenz von Herrn Plansak gemerkt. Wir hatten mehrere Fensterfirmen vor Ort, um uns beraten und Angebote geben zu lassen. Aber Herr Plansak war der Einzige, der nicht nur an seine Arbeit gedacht hat, sondern darüber hinaus und hat uns sehr viel Geld und Ärger erspart. Er nahm sich sehr viel Zeit um uns zu beraten aber auch alles genauestens zu erklären und auszumessen. Internorm schreckte uns anfangs etwas ab, da wir dachten, dass würde niemals in unserer Preisspanne liegen, aber trotz Schnickschnack hier und da, ist der Preis wirklich top.
