Ohne eingeschriebenen Brief wurden die Belege nicht mehr gefunden und erfolgte keine RĂŒckerstattung (RĂŒckerstattung konnte ĂŒber Buchhaltung beim HĂ€ndel eingefordert werden).
Mit eingeschriebenem Brief wird der Eingang bestÀtigt, jedoch werden dann Beweise angefordert, um zu sehen ob man noch Kopien angefertigt hat. Denke ohne Kopien wird das Geld unterschlagen.

By registered letter the receipt is confirmed, but then proofs are required to see if one has made copies. Think without copies the money will be suppressed.

â â â â â Wer sich reibungslose Abwicklung erhofft, wird enttĂ€uscht. 4-8 Wochen Bearbeitungszeit werden fĂŒr die RĂŒckerstattung der Mehrwertsteuer in Aussicht gestellt. FĂŒnf Monate warte ich bereits und trotz Urgenz und Nachweis der Kopien der vom Zoll abgestempelten Originalbelege passiert gar nicht. Der Verdacht der Unterschlagung ist nicht zu leugnen. Ein nicht seriöses und absolut dubioses Unternehmen.
Anyone who hopes for a smooth transaction will be disappointed. A processing time of 4-8 weeks is expected for the VAT refund. I have already been waiting five months and despite the urgency and proof of the copies of the original receipts stamped by customs, it does not happen at all. The suspicion of embezzlement cannot be denied. A not serious and absolutely dubious company.
