Planchel kam innerhalb von 1/2 Stunde ein Monteur und behob den Schaden in wenigen Minuten! Übrigens ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Mitarbeiter!! Kann die Fa. Planchel bestens weiterempfehlen!! Had a problem with the pipes in the bathroom (constipation). After calling the company Planchel came within 1/2 hour a fitter and fixed the damage in a few minutes! By the way, a very friendly and competent staff! Can recommend the company Planchel in the best way !!

Wenn man groß auf seine Homepage schreibt, dass man in der Not immer erreichbar ist, sollte dies dann auch möglich sein. Tried to call the emergency services because of a blocked drain. Was not available and no callback came. If you write big on your homepage that you can always be reached in an emergency, then this should also be possible.

Planchel meint, wir hätten diese entfernt. (Na klar, was sollen wir sonst den ganzen Tag machen!) Und schickt eine Rechnung. Fazit: Einmal Planchel, nie wieder Planchel! Planchel bidet installed some time ago. Drain starts to drip more and more. It turns out that a seal is missing. Planchel says we removed them. (Of course, what else are we supposed to do all day!) And sends an invoice. Conclusion: once a planchel, never again a planchel!
