There was some language barriers but it was just with the younger waiter. He seemed annoyed ? and unwilling to even look at what we would point at. Another man took our order just fine and food came quickly for three if us but mine never arrived. My family all enjoyed their food but we were forgotten about. By the time someone came back around they were done. I asked if my food was ever ordered and didn’t really get an answer but I am guessing it was never placed with the rest. I literally ordered what the waiter recommended. Food looked nice ? And my family said it was good. I give them one star because they were not busy and there was plenty of staff around to check on tables. The original waiter could have been more attentive and got an order of four correct. If they can’t do it when it is slow how can they operate when they are busy? Hope people have a better experience if they choose this place.

The chef and the entire team have been together and came over from an older restaurant in the third district in 2020. The food is simply amazing if you like Greek food, the service is quick and attentive, and the food is excellent. Enjoy sitting outside on the patio, or sit inside. Anyway you cut it, you should have a great experience at Plaka.
