We ordered a pizza today and it was burned black. The employee says it has become crispy. We will not order from here again.
R	Richard Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hart an der Grenze (zum 12. Bez., da man hierfür nur die Strassenseite wechseln muss) aber somit die beste Pizza, die man im 23. Bezirk bekommen (und selbst abholen) kann. Bei der Selbstabholung oder dem Lokalbesuch noch der Vorteil des kleinen Schanigartens in der nicht sehr verkehrreichen Gasse. Draußen sitzen, Bier oder Spritz-Wein schlürfen, auf die Pizza warten,...alles möglich. Hard on the border (to the 12th district, because you only have to cross the street for this) but therefore the best pizza you can get (and pick up yourself) in the 23rd district. When picking it up yourself or visiting a local store, there is still the advantage of the small pavement café in the alley that is not very busy. Sitting outside, sipping beer or sparkling wine, waiting for the pizza...everything is possible.

Ich frage mich warum so eine Pizza rausgeschickt wird und nicht eine neue gemacht wird. Leider nicht das erste mal das ich mit der Pizzeria schlechte erfahrungen mache... Wird immer weniger auf die qualität geschaut. Wenn ich könnte -5 Sterne. Ordered 3 pizzas. Unfortunately, after 1.5 hours the family pizza arrived ice cold, completely dry and completely burned! I wonder why such a pizza is sent out and not a new one made. Unfortunately, not the first time I've had bad experiences with the pizzeria... Less and less attention is paid to the quality. If I could -5 stars.

Im Flyer steht ab 35€ Flasche Wein gratis. Habe in den ganzen Jahren nicht ein mal eine Flasche Wein bekommen, immer nur Pepsi. Habe gestern den Lieferanten darauf angesprochen und er meinte ich muss das am Telefon sagen das ich eine Flasche Wein haben will. Dann fragte ich wieso ich nicht das Mohr im Hemd bekommen habe weil wenn man Online bestellt ab 18€ eines Gratis bekommt. Meinte er ich hätte das extra reinschreiben müssen das ich ein Gratis Mohr im Hemd haben möchte. Dann meinte er er kommt gleich wieder und bringt mir eine Flasche Wein. Ja klar, der ist nicht mehr gekommen. So geht man nicht mit Stammkunden um. Und aus diesem Grund bin ich ab sofort keiner mehr. I have been a loyal customer for many years but will no longer order from them. We order every week and the amount is always from €50 upwards. The flyer says a bottle of wine is free from €35. Haven't had a bottle of wine in years, only Pepsi. I asked the supplier about it yesterday and he said I have to say that I want a bottle of wine on the phone. Then I asked why I didn't get the moor in my shirt because if you order online for 18€ or more you get one for free. He said I should have written in the extra that I would like to have a free Mohr in my shirt. Then he said he'll be right back and bring me a bottle of wine. Yes, of course he didn't come. That's not how you treat regular customers. And that's why I'm no longer one from now on.
