★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab heute eine Kebappizza und einen Ayran bestellt. Als meine Bestellung ankam nahm ich sie entgegen und musste nachdem der Lieferant weg war feststellen das der Ayran fehlte. Ich rief sofort an bekam darauf nur die Antwort man werde den Lieferanten anrufen. Bekam nie das Geld dafür erstatt oder meinen Ayran geliefert. Sehr Schade.
Ordered a kebab pizza and an ayran today. When my order arrived I took it and after the supplier had left I had to find out that the Ayran was missing. I called immediately, the only answer was that the supplier would be called. Never got the money refunded or my ayran delivered. It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einiger Zeit dort bestellt. Als nach 90 Minuten keiner kam rief ich bei der Firma an. Jeder Anruf wurde weggedrückt. Bestellte dann bei einem anderen Lieferservice. Mein Essen kam nach 35 Minuten. Nach dem Essen dauerte es noch 1 Stunde als plötzlich der Fahrer von Sahara klingelte. Als ich ihm sagte das es jetzt 3 Stunden her ist das ich bestellt hatte meinte er es war erst vor einer Stunde. Zeigte ihm die Bestellung die ich über Lieferando machte. Aber er behaarte darauf das es nicht stimmt. So unfreundlich war noch keine Firma und kein Angestellter. Ich werde dort nie mehr bestellen
Ordered there a while ago. When nobody came after 90 minutes, I called the company. Every call was pushed away. Ordered from another delivery service. My food came after 35 minutes. After the meal it took another 1 hour when suddenly the driver from Sahara rang the bell. When I told him it's been 3 hours since I ordered, he said it was only an hour ago. Showed him the order I made through Lieferando. But he insisted that it wasn't true. No company or employee has ever been so unfriendly. I will never order there again
