A	Alexander Werschlein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 10 Jahren mal wieder vorbei geschaut... Hätte ich mir sparen können... Nachdem wir 5 Minuten im Lokal an der Bar standen und wir endlich fragen durften ob eine Kartenzahlung möglich wäre, schickte mich ein Mitarbeiter zum nächsten Bankomaten und bestand darauf dass meine Frau und unser Kind einstweilen im Restaurant verbleiben. Als ich nach 10 Minuten retour kam fand ich meine Frau+ im Restaurant Innenbereich wieder bereits mit Getränken (warm)... Der Innenbereich war das geringere Übel weil: Im Außenbereich erst gegen 17:00 die Sitzpolster aufgebreitet wurden und die Tische selbst noch eingetrocknete Speisereste hatten welche auch noch längere Zeit bleiben werden, dem Anschein nach. Im Innenbereich fanden wir "nur" Fettflecken auf den Tischtüchern... Ab dann warteten wir... 5min... 10min... Telefon läutete und eine Telefonbestellung kam rein... 15min... 20min... Der Kunde der seine Pizza zuvor telefonisch bestellt hatte, holte diese mittlerweile ab. Wir sahen dabei zu... Und niemand kam auf die Idee dass ich auch eventuell etwas trinken wollen würde... Von Essen bestellen war weit keine Rede da auch zu dem Zeitpunkt wir keine Speisekarten hatten... Als ich dann nach einer halben Stunde die Nase voll hatte bezahlten wir. Natürlich gab ich kein Trinkgeld, das hinderte aber die Bedienung nicht daran mir um 1,80€ bei einer 5,10€ Rechnung retour zu geben. An dem Andrang an Speisen und Stress der Belegschaft kann es nicht gelegen haben, denn außer uns 3 befand sich EIN Gast (singular) im Kaffee Außenbereich... Mich wundert es wie solch eine Gaststätte nach so langer Zeit mit so einem Service überleben konnte. Fazit: auch nach den nächsten 10 Jahren werde ich dieser "Pizzaria" keine Chance mehr geben. Checked out again after 10 years ... I could have saved myself ... After we stood at the bar in the restaurant for 5 minutes and we were finally allowed to ask whether a card payment would be possible, An employee sent me to the nearest ATM and insisted that my wife and our child stay in the restaurant for the time being. When I came back after 10 minutes I found my wife + in the restaurant interior again with drinks (warm) ... The interior was the lesser evil because: In the outside area the seat cushions were only spread out around 5:00 p.m. and the tables themselves still had dried-on food residues which will remain for a long time, apparently. Inside we found "only" grease stains on the tablecloths ... From then on we waited ... 5min ... 10min ... The phone rang and a phone order came in ... 15min ... 20min ... The customer who had previously ordered his pizza by phone has now picked it up. We watched ... And nobody got the idea that I might want to have a drink ... There was no question of ordering food as we didn't have any menus at the time either ... When I got fed up after half an hour we paid. Of course I didn't tip, but that didn't prevent the waitress from giving me € 1.80 on a € 5.10 bill back. It cannot have been due to the rush of food and the stress of the staff, because apart from the 3 of us there was ONE guest (singular) in the outdoor coffee area ... I am amazed how such a restaurant could survive after such a long time with such service. Conclusion: even after the next 10 years I won't give this "pizzeria" a chance.
