D	Dino Kapetanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bis jetzt oft hier bestellt. Leider kam es wieder vor, dass mir nach einer Stunde qualitativ minderwertiges Essen geliefert wurde (siehe Bild 2/2). Zwar wurde mir nach meiner Reklamation eine neue Lasagne geliefert (siehe Bild 1/2), jedoch musste ich insgesamt 2h warten bis ich endlich essen konnte. Ich weiß nicht, was ihr ab und zu aufführt und wie sowas überhaupt ausgeliefert werden konnte. Die zweite Lasagne, die ich bekommen habe, hat spitze geschmeckt. Wieso kann man sich nicht immer dran orientieren und nicht erst, wenn sich wer beschwert? I have often ordered here so far. Unfortunately it happened again that after an hour I was delivered poor quality food (see picture 2/2). A new lasagna was delivered to me after my complaint (see picture 1/2), but I had to wait a total of 2 hours until I could finally eat. I don't know what you do from time to time and how something like that could even be delivered. The second lasagna I got tasted great. Why can't you always orientate yourself and not only when someone complains?
M	Max Cup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe echt noch nie so ,,langweilige" Spaghetti Cabonara gegessen, hat leider nach nichts geschmeckt, keine Gewürze oder sonst irgendeinen Pepp ! Schade, denn die Pizzen muss ich ehrlich sagen waren wirklich super. I've really never eaten such "boring" Spaghetti Cabonara, unfortunately it didn't taste like anything, no spices or any other pep! It's a shame, because I have to honestly say the pizzas were really great.

Order a family pizza and a medium pizza at a cost of about 35 euro asked to swap the mushrooms to garlic oil as the person eating the medium pizza doesn't like mushrooms told that it will cost extra. Asked why it is extra to remove one it's and replace with oil now I understand if I was asking for mozzarella that its more expensive but remove mushrooms for garlic oil there will be little or no difference. Tried to reason with them that there is already oil on the pizza and just want a little more and remove the mushrooms but not moving a bit. I know this sounds petty but seriously it's not the world and it goes along way to build customer relations and repeat business as well. First and last time we would go there. Come on just be reasonable with people, there not asking for gold.
