S	Su Hoffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zusammenfassung nach einigen Besuchen/ nach dem letzten Besuch: Service sehr langsam, unzuverlässig (Bestelltes wird nicht gebracht) und auch nicht wirklich freundlich, sehr langes Warten auf Getränke/ Essen (20min/50min), redet immer von Stress, obwohl kaum Gäste da sind, Pizza nicht schlecht aber nicht mehr sehr warm, Pommes sind mal ausgegangen, viele Tische auf der Terrasse sind nicht sonnengeschützt, wenig gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, man fühlt sich durch rauchende Gäste gestört. Summary after a few visits / after the last visit: Service very slow, unreliable (ordered items are not delivered) and also not really friendly, very long wait for drinks / food (20min / 50min), always talks about stress, although there are hardly any guests, pizza not bad but not very warm anymore, French fries have run out, many tables on the terrace are not protected from the sun, few comfortable seats, you feel disturbed by smoking guests.

Geduldig bei Sonderwünschen und stets gut gelaunt, unsre Kinder sind auch voll begeistert und schmeißen schon mal ihre Geburtstagsfeier im Zotti! Danke, Zotti ? Always a pleasure! Also the friendliest host in all of Freistadt! Patient with special requests and always in a good mood, our children are also very enthusiastic and throw their birthday party in the Zotti! Die Qualität der Zutaten schmeckt man und auch die Hauspizza war sehr lecker. Der Wirt ist ausgesprochen freundlich und Kinder sind hier immer willkommen was uns als junge Familie besonders freut. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!! Zotti ... a true original. We were for the first time in the new indoor pool restaurant. The cheese noodles were excellent. The quality of the ingredients you can taste and the house pizza was delicious. The host is very friendly and children are always welcome what we are particularly happy as a young family. We always like to come !!
