Lässt es sich aber am Telefon nicht erklären, macht ganz einfach nicht, was man sagt, dreht immer auf halbem Weg um, statt einfach weiterzufahren, obwohl ich das mehrfach deutlichst gesagt habe. Erkläre es so, dass es ein Kleinkind versteht, sinnlos. Wir haben Gäste, alle warten und haben Hunger u es regnet, sehr ärgerlich. Einer von uns holt den Lieferanten dann mit dem Auto von der Hauptstraße ab. Pommes frittes sind natürlich hinüber, ich bin sehr verärgert, nehme das Essen aber, weil die Pizza noch heiß u ok ist. Lieferant will dann ewig mit mir weiterdiskutieren, sagt mir nicht, was es kostet, damit ich bezahlen kann, was ich unfassbar finde. Geht gar nicht!! Offenbar hält er berechtigten Ärger einer Kundin, weil er seinen Job nicht kann, nicht aus. Wir bestellen sicher NIE wieder. Super-good experience: the supplier cannot find our company, ok, that's the way some people feel, they are very hidden. But if you can't explain it on the phone, you just don't do what you say, always turn around halfway instead of simply driving on, even though I've said this very clearly several times. Explain it in a way that a toddler can understand, pointless. We have guests, everyone is waiting and hungry and it's raining, very annoying. One of us then picks up the supplier by car from the main road. French fries are of course over, I'm very annoyed, but will take the food because the pizza is still hot and ok. The supplier then wants to keep discussing with me forever, doesn't tell me what it costs so that I can pay for what I find unbelievable. Does not work at all !! Apparently, he can't stand the justified annoyance of a customer because he can't do his job. We will NEVER order again.
