★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit!
1) Obwohl meine Freundinnen und ich um 21:50 eine Pizza bestellt haben, ist die tatsächliche Lieferung um 23:02 geschehen. Telefonisch eine Lieferzeit von 45 Minuten versprechen und sich dann mehr als 60 Minuten Zeit zu lassen, ist sehr gewagt. Doch das ist noch gar nicht so schlimm!
2) DIE PIZZA IST EINE KATASTROPHE! [ siehe Bilder! ]
Weder ich noch meine Freundinnen haben sich eine derart unappetitliche Pizza um 18,20€ erwartet: zwei unbelegte Scheiben; Gemüse teilweise roh, vor allem die Aubergine - die Melanzischeiben waren knackig. Eine durchgekochte Melanzi ist meiner Meinung nach keineswegs hart!
3) Obwohl wir den Lieferanten (hat sich später Eigentümer herausgestellt) darauf hingewiesen haben, dass die Lieferung mehr als die telefonisch versprochenen 45 Minuten - nämlich 1 h 15 min - gedauert hat, hat er dies widersprochen und sich verabschiedet.
4) Dass Kritik für manche Menschen inakzeptabel ist, musste ich leider heute lernen. Nicht nur wurden alle oben gennanten Punkte von einem äußerst unhöflichem Mitarbeiter bestritten, sondern man hat uns einfach abgeschnitten und das Telefonat beendet, nachdem uns gesagt wurde, dass wir nie wieder von Pizzahaus Paola-Meidling bestellen sollen und ein verlorener Kubde keinen Unterschied ausmacht.
Nach kurzer Zeit hat sich der Eigentümer wieder bei uns gemeldet, die ganzen Beschwerden wurden wieder von unserer Seite wiederholt, abet letzten Endes wurden eir als Lügner (!) abgestempelt und der Eigentümer hat das Gesprächen einfach so beendet.
Auch wenn wir nur als ein Kunde gezählt werden und nicht viel in der angeblich großen Kundschaft ausmachen, ist so eine Situation einfach nur eine Kühnheit. Ein weiterer Kunde mäge nicht so vehandelt werden!
 An impudence!
1) Even though my friends and I ordered a pizza at 9:50 pm, the actual delivery was at 11:02 pm. Promising a delivery time of 45 minutes by phone and then allowing yourself more than 60 minutes is very daring. But that's not that bad!
2) THE PIZZA IS A DISASTER! [ see pictures! ]
Neither I nor my friends expected such an unsavory pizza for € 18.20: two unoccupied slices; Vegetables partly raw, especially the eggplant - the slices of aubergine were crunchy. A cooked melanzi is not hard in my opinion!
3) Although we pointed out to the supplier (the owner later turned out) that the delivery took more than the 45 minutes promised by telephone - namely 1 hour 15 minutes - he contradicted this and said goodbye.
4) Unfortunately, I had to learn today that criticism is unacceptable for some people. Not only were all of the above mentioned issues disputed by an extremely rude employee, but we were simply cut off and the phone call ended after we were told that we should never order Paola-Meidling again from Pizzahaus and that a lost cub made no difference.
After a short time, the owner contacted us again, all the complaints were repeated on our part, but ultimately we were labeled as a liar (!) And the owner just ended the conversation.
Even if we are only counted as one customer and do not make much of an allegedly large customer base, such a situation is simply a boldness. Another customer may not be as vehement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine Frechheit wie das Personal mit langjährigen Kunden umgeht. Ich habe auf die Bestellung 1 Stunde gewartet, obwohl ich gleich gegenüber wohne. Pizzas wurden kalt geliefert mit Beilage (Haar), Beschimpfungen am Telefon. Von kundenfreundlichkeit keine Spur
It's a cheek how the staff deals with long-term customers. I waited 1 hour for the order even though I live across the street. Pizzas were delivered cold with a side dish (hair), verbal abuse on the phone. No trace of customer friendliness

Eher deftig….
Auch hier bei der Pizzeria merkt man, dass nur der Name italienisch ist.
Jeder der eine echte Pizza (aus Italien) gegessen hat wird merken was ich meine !
Pizza is ok!

Also here at the pizzeria you can tell that only the name is Italian.
Everyone who has eaten a real pizza (from Italy) will notice what I mean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Pizza! Wartezeit wenn man nicht zu den Stoßzeiten anruft sehr gering. Am besten man bestellt direkt telefonisch dort, dann sind die Speisen günstiger. Tiramisu ist hausgemacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gulasch wird auch selbstgemacht und das Fleisch ist immer sehr zart. Ansonsten Pasta Di pollo und Pasta Primavera sind auch top. Weiter so! ???
Great pizza! Waiting time if you don't call during peak hours is very short. The best thing to do is to order there directly by phone, then the meals are cheaper. Tiramisu is homemade and leaves nothing to be desired. Goulash is also homemade and the meat is always very tender. Otherwise Pasta Di pollo and Pasta Primavera are also great. Keep it up! ???
