Wenn irgendwas nicht mehr gibt dann ruft man an und sagt bescheid aber nicht irgendwas liefern.. werde NICHT mehr bei euch bestellen... Immerhin war das nicht das erste Mal!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered pizza with garlic + Fanta + pancakes with ice cream ... !!!!! I got pizza without garlic, Pepsi and only ice cream !!!! What shoud that?? If something is no longer available then you call and say yes, but not deliver anything .. will NOT order from you anymore ... After all, it was not the first time !!!!!!!!
G	Gabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bestelle seit einigen Jahren bei Pizza-Star, und ich habe nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Schmeckt einfach superlecker! Manchmal kann es auch eine dreiviertel Stunde dauern bis die Pizza geliefert wird, das bei Stoßzeiten vorkommen kann. Die Fahrer sind freundlich und nett und die Pizza wird heiß zugestellt. :) I've been ordering from Pizza Star for a few years now and I've only had good experiences. Simply tastes delicious! Sometimes it can take up to three quarters of an hour for the pizza to be delivered, which can occur at peak times. The drivers are friendly and nice and the pizza is delivered hot. :)

Natürlich klalt. NIEEEEEE WIEDER Waited over an hour even though we had ordered for 6:30 p.m. Ordered at 5 p.m. After several phone calls, I only got pizzas at 1920 o'clock. Of course klalt. NIEEEEEE AGAIN
A	Andreas Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem es jetzt zum dritten Mal passiert ist, dass wir knapp 2 Stunden auf die Pizza warten mussten, ist Schluss mit Bestellungen bei Star Pizza. Haben nach 90 Minuten angerufen und es wurde uns gesagt, dass die Pizza in 2 bis 3 Minuten da ist. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten Wartezeit wieder angerufen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Bestätigung der Bestellung erst eine halbe Stunde nach meiner Bestätigung eingegangen ist und dass das nicht ihr Problem ist, sondern meines. Ich muss ja warten. Ich habe gesagt, dass er wir die Pizza nicht mehr möchten, da wir wo anders hin essen gehen. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass ich bei Ihnen nicht mehr bestellen soll. Haben die Pizza dann auch nicht übernommen. Zeitgleich gleiches Problem bei meiner Tochter. 2 Stunden gewartet, mit gleichem „Text“: „Pizza kommt in 2 bis 3 Minuten, Bestellung erst vor 30 Minuten bekommen usw.“. So geht’s einfach nicht. Man könnte auch den Kunden anrufen und ihm fragen, ob es ein Problem ist, wenn die Lieferung länger dauert. Wir haben seit Jahren regelmäßig bei Star Pizza bestellt, aber jetzt sicher nicht mehr. So funktioniert Kundenservice nicht. Es gibt genug andere, die einen guten Job machen und auch gute Pizzen machen können. Now that it has happened for the third time that we had to wait almost 2 hours for the pizza, orders from Star Pizza are over. You could also call the customer and ask if there is a problem if the delivery takes longer. We've been ordering regular pizza from Star for years, but certainly not anymore. This is not how customer service works. There are enough others who can do a good job and also make good pizzas.

Bestellt haben wir um 16:30 für 19 Uhr For the second time almost half an hour late and again a cold pizza. A shame was once a really good pizzeria. We ordered at 4:30 p.m. for 7 p.m.
J	Jennifer Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine absolute Warnung vor diesem Restaurant! Nach 2,5h war meine Bestellung immer noch nicht da. Leider habe ich vorab mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen wurde mir immer mitgeteilt, dass der Fahrer unterwegs ist. Keine Lieferung und keine Entschuldigung A definite warning about this restaurant! After 2.5 hours my order still hadn't arrived. Unfortunately I paid in advance by credit card. After several calls I was always told that the driver was on the way. No delivery and no apologies
