Lieferzeit ist mit 45 min vorgegeben!!! Keine Entschuldigung, nur plump die Antwort: ist unterwegs Ergebnis, es kam NICHTS! Kein Essen, Keine Info.. Nie mehr bestelle ich dort und das würde ich auch jedem raten!

Wenn möglich hole ich das Essen immer selbst ab, denn bei der Zustellung kann es sich um die Mittagszeit schon etwas verzögern. Very good pizza, plenty of toppings, the schnitzels are big and you always get full. If possible, I always pick up the food myself, because delivery can be delayed a bit around lunchtime.

Außen verbrannt und in der Mitte noch nicht durch.... Einmal kann man sagen, gut sie hatten einen schlechten Tag, aber wenn zwei weitere Bestellungen daneben gehen und man einfach 20 Minuten in der Kälte stehen gelassen wird kann man nicht mehr von Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit sprechen... Once one of the best today .... The lady in the order service absolutely unfriendly and the pizza is not nearly as good as it once was. Outside burned and center not yet .... Once you can say, well, they had a bad day, but if two additional orders go wrong and you just 20 minutes in the cold is allowed to stand, you can no longer customer service ease speak ...

Diesmal waren nur die Kartons schon voller Hunger, sollte nicht sein, aber kann passieren. Nur als Anregung, es ist schwer, wenn man zwei gleiche Pizzas bestellt und man vor Käse nicht mehr sieht welche ohne Zwiebel war und welche mit. Wenn am Karton Zwiebel steht. Ohne oder Mit? Dies wäre eine liebe Info. Sonst sehr zufrieden und Pappe satt! I am a big fan of Koschat products. The pizzas are soft, have plenty of toppings and fill you up even as a big eater! This time only the boxes were already full of hunger, shouldn't be, but can happen. Just as a suggestion, it's difficult when you order two identical pizzas and you can't see which one was without onion and which one with cheese in front of cheese. When it says onion on the box. Without or with? This would be nice info. Otherwise very satisfied and fed up with cardboard!
