In all of our 7 shops, everything was always carried out and implemented to our satisfaction. A	Adioz Lausitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gewaltbereites Unternehmen!!! Im ersten Anlauf wurde die Arbeit leider sehr schlampig erledigt. Die Abschlüsse der Folie wurden zum Beispiel sehr ungenau gemacht. Nach einer Aussprache mit dem Unternehmensleiter vereinbarte ich einen zweiten Termin, damit die Folierarbeit neu gemacht wird. Im zweiten Anlauf war es teilweise besser, aber es gab immer noch Stellen an den die Folierarbeit nicht zu 100% gepasst hat. Des Weiteren musste ich leider feststellen, dass in der Plastikabdeckung zwischen Windschutzscheibe und Motorhaube ein Kratzer verursacht wurde. Darauf hin habe ich den zuständigen Mitarbeiter vor Ort (Produktionsleiter) sachlich damit konfrontiert. Ich habe mir erlaubt zu sagen, dass ich das Gefühl habe, dass bei der Firma Pixel-Project nicht alles ganz so rund läuft. Auf diese Aussage hin ist der Mitarbeiter regelrecht explodiert und ich wurde vom Firmengelände verwiesen. Des Weiteren hat er mir wörtlich damit gedroht, wenn ich das Gelände nicht sofort verlasse, "regle er das mit mir auf der Straße". Darauf hin habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr gewusst was ich machen sollte. Der Mitarbeiter war extrem aggressiv und ich habe schleunigst das Gelände verlassen, da ich nicht wusste, ob er ihm nächsten Moment vielleicht zuschlägt. Im Anschluss habe ich dem Unternehmensleiter davon in Kenntnis gesetzt. "Seiner Meinung nach brennt ein Feuer nicht allein mit einem Holzschaitel" Ehrlich gesagt, was soll man da als Kunden noch sagen. Ich habe überhaupt kein Problem damit, wenn man sachlich und politisch korrekt miteinander spricht. Allerdings ist es mir noch nie passiert, dass ich als Kunde nach sachlicher Kritik von einem Unternehmen mit Gewalt bedroht worden bin. Ich glaube dem Unternehmer dürfte das österreichische Gesetz nicht allzu vertraut sein. Den im Normalfall habe ich als österreichischer Bürger das Recht auf eine Anzeige wegen Nötigung und gefährlicher Drohung. Doch um ehrlich zu sein, bin ich einfach froh, dass ich das Firmengelände unverletzt verlassen konnte und möchte mit dem Unternehmen Pixel Project nichts mehr zu tun haben. Violent company !!! In the second attempt it was partly better, but there were still places where the wrapping work did not fit 100%. Furthermore, I unfortunately had to find out that a scratch had been made in the plastic cover between the windshield and the bonnet. I then objectively confronted the responsible employee on site (production manager) with it. I took the liberty of saying that I have the feeling that not everything is going so smoothly at Pixel-Project. At this statement, the employee literally exploded and I was expelled from the company premises. Furthermore, he literally threatened me that if I didn't leave the premises immediately, "he'll take care of me on the street". Then, to be honest, I didn't know what to do anymore. The employee was extremely aggressive and I left the premises quickly because I didn't know whether he might hit him in the next moment. I then informed the company manager of this. "In his opinion, a fire doesn't burn with a wooden shackle alone" To be honest, what else can you say as a customer. I have absolutely no problem with speaking to one another in a factually and politically correct manner. However, it has never happened to me that, as a customer, I was threatened with violence by a company after objective criticism. I think the entrepreneur shouldn't be too familiar with Austrian law. Normally, as an Austrian citizen, I have the right to complain about coercion and dangerous threats. But to be honest, I'm just happy that I was able to leave the company premises unharmed and I don't want to have anything more to do with the Pixel Project company.
