★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boats are poorly maintained and when you make a remark the shortcomings they tell you it's normal and that the contract states that you should accept this. They will not even say sorry that your boat had so many issues and thank you for pointing them out so we can fix them. Some examples of the long list: no children life jackets: "you can use the adult one's", my daughter is 5 years old! The compasses on boat have a bearing difference of 20 degrees between them: "that is normal you can not calibrate the compasses on a sailing boat, but you can not understand that because you are not an engineer". The deck shower gives boiling hot water when on cold: "that is normal, just let the water run for a couple of minutes and it will become less warm". I will never charter a boat from them or one managed by them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice charter company with very good and polite customer service. We were pleased with the boat quality-price ratio and the kindness of the staff also. Sometimes you can hear about those "deposit hunter" companies along the Adriatic seashore, but Pitter Yachting is NOT one of them. Will stay with this company for sure also for next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service indeed, except the ladys for the admin procedure; they try to find solutions and to be nice. The rest of the staff is rude and really not professional. As said by another customer below, they try to charge you for extra things when returning the catamaran. For us, twice the cost of the diesel to filled the tank (we could not do it prior to going to the marina as 10 boats were waiting). They made consumption calculation based on 1 engine, then multiply by 2 (?????) and ask you to pay in cash...
Be very careful with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Pitter Yachting staff in ACI Marina Jezera (Murter, Croatia) might be my worst holiday experience ever. The septic tank in the sailboat that we rented was not properly cleaned from the previous charter and a couple of hours after departing from the marina it exploded, ruining cosmetics and food, as well as the possibility of sleeping in the boat cabin. Mind that this is still the year of coronavirus and that a child is with us on the boat. We spend the night cleaning and sleeping on the deck. In the morning we return to the marina, with good will (we don’t want our entire holiday ruined) and the patience to wait for the second detailed cleaning. We are assured that the damages will be covered. Two days and a lot of plans wasted, but we go on assured by the kind words of the employee.
No word from the staff in 5 days. As we return, we are confronted with the rudest person (Mrs. Draženka Mudronja) with an extremely dismissive approach to our problems, with a unnerving attitude and intent on proving that our two wasted days, all the damages and the toxic waste in the ship was covered by a coffee that one of the marina staff payed while we were waiting for the second cleaning of the boat.
So, with our health and the health of a child threatened, with additional unplanned costs, with the rudest dismissive attitude and no understanding whatsoever for the seriousness of the problem, we are left stuck in an endless exchange of pointless emails. If there was 0 as a rating I would give it without a blink of an eye. In the absence of 0, I strongly recommend that you stay away from most of the staff in this marina, especially the chief officer and avoid Pitter Yachting as your charter company at all costs.
