Firstly, this is Vienna. As a visiting historian once wrote "You can literally freeze to death from the warmth of a Viennese heart". Second point. I'm visiting you because I have an unidentified fungus growing under my toenail. You want to welcome me with open arms? Thought not. Then just give me my freaking results in two weeks, ok? Job done. As it went, reception staff were pleasant, waiting time under an hour, waiting room adorned with Klimt and my toenail scraping consultant warm and friendly. What more do you want?

Maybe there is a bad apple among them that the people who wrote negative reviews stumbled across but for me, the experience was quite the contrary. They were very accommodating when things weren't as simple as just handing them the paper, doing the test and that's it. I also overheard a bit of a conversation with someone who was probably not from Austria, had to pay privately and seemed a bit confused and they explained everything very calmly and politely to him. The only thing that isn't well-designed is their online results delivery. They probably should've gone with something tried and tested than create their own solution that simply doesn't work all that well. But even then, when I had to call them because of it, they were very patient and tried their best to make it work.
