★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a two-day stay in Graz I had the pleasure of taking two classes with Therese. I deeply appreciated Therese’s expert approach to the well-timed set of pleasantly challenging stretches/positions. Her bilingual guidance, and the small group setting allowed for individual support where needed. Highly recommended, also for non-German speaking travellers!
