★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Произвели оплату при сдаче белья в прачечную. Получили квитанцию, чек хозяин не выдал. При выдаче белья, другая сотрудница, сказала, что оплаты не было, позвонила хозяину, тот тоже сказал, что оплата не производилась, пришлось оплатить повторно, чтобы получить свои вещи(((.
К самой стирке претензий нет.
Будьте внимательны при обращении в это заведение!
 We paid when the laundry was delivered. Received a receipt, the owner did not issue a check. When issuing linen, another employee said that there was no payment, called the owner, he also said that payment was not made, I had to pay again to get my things (((.
There are no complaints about the washing itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (5) waren vom 20-27.02 in einer Ferienwohnung in Eckertau. Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine, aber zum Glück haben wir den Wäscheservice Pico bello gefunden. Am Dienstag Nachmittag den Wäschesack abgegeben und am Donnerstag Vormittag wieder abgeholt. Alles perfekt sauber und zusammen gelegt. Wer also auch keine Waschmaschine hat ist hier bestens beraten, können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
We (5) stayed in a holiday apartment in Eckertau from February 20th to 27th. Unfortunately there was no washing machine, but luckily we found the laundry service Pico bello. Handed in the laundry bag on Tuesday afternoon and picked it up again on Thursday morning. Everything perfectly clean and put together. So if you don't have a washing machine, we can only recommend it.
