Das Taxi ist sehr pünktlich gekommen, der Fahrer war freundlich und der Preis war auch in Ordnung...also 5 Sterne von mir :) We were really satisfied !!! The taxi came very on time, the driver was friendly and the price was okay too ... so 5 stars from me :)
C	Claudia Krainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fahre des öfteren einen Schulbus hinterher und Frage mich jedesmal wer seine Kinder darin mitfahren lässt, da könnte man denken die sind betrunken. Mehr am Bankett, bei Kurven fast gerade aus. Ich bin immer wieder aufs neue entsetzt. I often drive behind a school bus and ask each time who lets his children ride in it, as you might think they are drunk. More at the banquet, almost straight at bends. I'm horrified again and again.

Und ich war nicht etwa in Slowenien oder in Kärnten zu holen, sondern im Nachbar Ort der pichlertaxi Zentrale! Es war ungefähr 02:00 ich hatte zuviel getrunken um selbst Auto zufahren und meine Freundin auch und dann legt der Taxifahrer 3 mal auf, also war ich gezwungen ein grazer Taxi Unternehmen anzurufen, das dreimal solange braucht bis es vor Ort ist und dann natürlich auch noch eine schöne Anfahrt verrechnet und mich blöde fragt wieso ich nicht Taxi pichler angerufen habe. Also aufgrund dessen kann ich es nicht empfehlen! I called 3 times recently and 3 times I hung up for no reason right after I said where I was going to pick up! And I couldn't be picked up in Slovenia or in Carinthia, but in the neighboring location of the pichlertaxi headquarters! It was about 02:00 I had been drinking too much to drive the car myself and my girlfriend too and then the taxi driver hangs up 3 times, so I was forced to call a Graz taxi company that took three times to get there and then of course charged a nice trip and stupidly asked me why I didn't call Taxi pichler. So I can't recommend it because of that!

D	Daniel Ferenczi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein Taxi bestellt zum Lieboch Bahnhof. Nach 10 Minuten habe ich sie wieder angerufen weil das Taxi noch immer nicht angekommen ist. Eine Frau hat mir gesagt, dass das Taxi in 3 minuten ankommt. Ich habe noch wietere 15 Minuten gewartet und dann ist das Taxi angekommen. Während ich gewartet habe, habe ich öfters versucht den Service anzurufen, haben sie aber nicht mehr abgehoben. Ich gebe aber zwei Sterne, weil ich am ende nichts zahlen musste, weil der Fahrer mir keine Rechnung geben konnte. Sehr komische Leute.... I ordered a taxi to the Lieboch train station. After 10 minutes I called her again because the taxi still hadn't arrived. A woman told me that the taxi will arrive in 3 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and then the taxi arrived. While waiting, I tried calling the service several times, but they didn't pick up the phone. But I give it two stars because in the end I didn't have to pay anything because the driver couldn't give me an invoice. Very strange people ....
O	Omid Redjaian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin früher oft mit dem Taxiunternehmen gefahren, sie waren nie allerschnellsten beim Abheben oder bei kurzfristigen Buchungen die pünktlichsten Leute, aber es war ausreichend. Die Taxis immer sauber und die MitarbeiterInnen immer sehr nett und korrekt. Leider scheint die Firma in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen z haben... die Service Hotline wird scheinbar immer noch nicht zentral geführt, sondern es wirkt so, als ob immer noch irgendwelche Fahrerinnen die Anrufe on-the-go annehmen müssen, was zusammen mit vielen Fahrten oder zu wenig Personal in letzter Zeit zu immer längeren Warteschleifen beim Anrufen führt. Heute war ich über 10 Minuten in der Warteschleife und habe dann aufgelegt, weil es mir zu bunt wurde. Schade,aber neben den anderen Dingen, die nicht ganz rund laufen, setzt das dem ganzen schlicht die Krone auf. Sehr schade! I used to go by taxi often, they were never the quickest people to pick up or short-term bookings, but it was enough. The taxis always clean and the staff always very nice and correct. Unfortunately, the company seems to have declined sharply lately ... the service hotline is still apparently not centrally managed, but it seems as if any female drivers still have to take the calls on-the-go, which together with many Rides or too few staff lately leading to ever longer queues when calling. Today I was on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up because it was too colorful for me. Too bad, but in addition to the other things that do not run quite round, this simply puts the crown on the whole. A shame!
M	Michael Palank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorerst sei gesagt, dass es sehr viel braucht, dass ich eine Google Rezession veröffentliche, aber die Erfahrungen die ich insbesondere mit den Fahrer erlebt habe sprengen dem Fass den Boden weg. Unglaublich unfreundlich, nicht bemüht einen Weg frei zu machen wenn man kurz vorbeifahren möchte und vorallem die Fahrweise lässt hinterfragen ob der Führerschein im Lotto gewonnen wurde. For the time being it should be said that it takes a lot for me to publish a Google recession, but the experiences I have had with the drivers in particular break the barrel. Incredibly unfriendly, not trying to clear a way if you want to drive past and especially the driving style makes you question whether the driver's license was won in the lottery.
