J	Jay Deen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als damaliger Angestellter bei der früher damals noch genannten MR-Automation kann ich nicht allzupositiv bewerten, jedenfalls hat aus meiner Sicht nicht viel gepasst.Und es war damals ein kommen und gehen.Kann sich aber unter der neuen Führung mitlerweilen aber auch zum positiven hin entwickelt haben.Die Arbeit selbst ist Interessant anspruchsvoll. Jedenfalls sollte man zumindest genauer seinen Wert als Arbeitskraft am Markt kennen und was für Rechte man hat und wie man eingestuft werden sollte. So zu den entwickelten Anlagen selbst kann ich sagen, dass sie auf einem recht hohen Level sind und viel Knowhow erfordern.Es wird zwar oft geändert, umgebaut verworfen und nachgebessert , was meiner Meinung nach immer in dieser Branche vorkommt aber man hätte es bei der Planung verhindern oder hätte es gleich besser machen können. Zumindest hat es aufgrund dessen für damals zumindest nur eine mittlere neutrale Wertung verdient. Eine Woche später wurde nach einer Gehaltsverhandlung eine mündliche Zusage erteilt. Drei Werktage später, während ich bereits Bewerbungsgespräche abgesagt habe, wurde per Mail mitgeteilt das es zu einem Missverständnis kam und man einen Angestellten mit Berufserfahrung sucht.
