★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma ist scheinbar nur auf Verkauf aus, Service ist mehr als unzufriedenstellend. Ich warte nun seit 6 Wochen auf eine Reparatur meiner 2 Jahre alten Kabine. Der Techniker hatte keinen Zugang um die Funktionsfähigkeit zu testen, sein ganzes Werkzeug bestand aus einem Thermometer und der Annahme, dass ich zu dumm bin die Kabine zu bedienen. Vor 4 Wochen wurde mir ein Austausch der Steuerung in maximal 2 Wochen versprochen, seither ist nichts mehr passiert.
Prinzipiell muss man aber sagen, die Qualität unserer Kabine ist ansonsten sehr gut. Wegen der Servicemängel nur 2 Sterne
The company is apparently only looking to sell, the service is more than unsatisfactory. I've been waiting for my 2 year old cab to be repaired for 6 weeks now. The technician didn't have access to test the functionality, all his tools consisted of a thermometer and the assumption that I was too stupid to operate the booth. 4 weeks ago I was promised that the controller would be replaced in a maximum of 2 weeks, nothing has happened since then.
In principle, however, one has to say that the quality of our cabin is otherwise very good. Only 2 stars because of poor service
