Sie erklären einen alles ganz genau und geben viele Übungen für Daheim mit. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen. I was with them because of knee and ankle complaints and was always very satisfied! It is a super competent and nice team. They explain everything very well and give many exercises for home. I can only recommend it to anyone.

Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und bei den Übungen wurde mir jeder Schritt ausführlich erklärt. Die Übungen wurden nicht zu kompliziert gestaltet, sodass ich Zuhause ohne viel Aufwand trainieren konnte. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Stimmung in der Praxis ist stressfrei und locker, ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! The exercises were not designed to be too complicated, so I could train at home without much effort. I liked that very much. The mood in the practice is stress-free and relaxed, a place to feel good.
