Die Therapeutin nimmt sich Zeit, geht auf meine Wünsche ein und erklärt mir die Zusammenhänge. Ich war stets bestens betreut. So far I have visited some therapy centers and the PZI Burtscher is definitely the best for me. The therapist takes her time, responds to my wishes and explains the relationships to me. I was always well looked after.

Kurz nach der Operation, noch aus dem Krankenzimmer heraus, nahm ich Kontakt mit dem Team Burtscher auf und nach sofortiger Zusage der Behandlung war ab diesem Zeitpunkt klar: Jetzt geht es wieder aufwärts. Ob nun die gesamte Familie Burtscher/Knoflach, ausnahmslos alle Mitglieder des Physiotherapeutenteam, die stets gut gelaunte Caroline am Empfang, die zwischenzeitlich anwesenden Praktikanten, sowie die gute Seele des Hauses, Frau Hertha, absolut jeder besticht hier durch Freundlichkeit und Professionalität und gemeinsam wird eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre für Patienten geschaffen. Hier scheint jeder auch gerne zu arbeiten, bestätigt wird das durch ein oft zu hörendes Lachen sowie die über Jahre währende Stabilität im Team. Ausstattungsmäßig bleiben keine Wünsche offen, klein, aber sehr fein ist hier das Thema. Moderner Fitnessraum, diskrete Behandlungsräume und das im Gebäude eingegliederte Therapiebecken stehen neben allerlei Gerätschaften zum Wohle der zu Behandelnden zur Verfügung. Jeder einzelne Besuch entwickelte sich zu einem kleinen Wellnesstag für Körper und Geist und es ist fast schon schade, dass die Therapie nun zu Ende ist. Nein, es ist definitiv schade. Einen besonderen Dank möchte ich natürlich an Sportphysiotherapeutin Julia P richten, die stets das richtige Maß zwischen „Balsam und Peitsche“ für mich gefunden hat, mich motiviert und wieder hergestellt hat und die nun hauptverantwortlich dafür ist, dass ich nun noch viel fitter und stabiler bin, als ich schon vor der Verletzung war. ;-) Fünf Sterne sind hier eigentlich nicht genug. For the second time I was allowed / had to use the services of the PZI Burtscher. Shortly after the operation, still out of the hospital room, I contacted the Burtscher team, and after the treatment was immediately approved, it was clear from this point: now things are looking up again. Whether the entire Burtscher / Knoflach family, without exception all members of the physiotherapist team, the always cheerful Caroline at the reception, the interns who have been present in the meantime, and the good soul of the house, Ms. Hertha, absolutely everyone impresses with their friendliness and professionalism and together they become one A feel-good atmosphere created for patients. Everyone seems to like to work here, which is confirmed by the often heard laughter and the stability in the team over the years. In terms of equipment, no wishes remain unfulfilled, small, but very fine is the topic here. A modern fitness room, discreet treatment rooms and the therapy pool integrated in the building are available in addition to all kinds of equipment for the benefit of those to be treated. Every single visit developed into a small wellness day for body and mind and it is almost a shame that the therapy is now over. No, it's definitely a shame. Of course, I would like to express my special thanks to sports physiotherapist Julia P, who has always found the right balance between “balm and whip” for me, has motivated me and restored me, and who is now mainly responsible for making me much fitter and more stable when I was before the injury. ;-) Five stars are actually not enough here.
R	Renate Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schmerzen am Knie bereits nach einer!! Behandlung nicht mehr vorhanden. Top Therapeutin, die sich sehr viel Zeit nimmt und auf den Patienten eingeht. Mehr Kompetenz und Menschlichkeit geht nicht. Fühle mich wundervoll betreut und hab wieder Hoffnung, dass alles gut wird. Kann nur DANKE sagen! Pain in the knee after just one !! Treatment no longer available. Top therapist who takes a lot of time and responds to the patient. More competence and humanity is not possible. I feel wonderfully looked after and have hope again that everything will be fine. Can only say THANK YOU!
