G	Guenter Hauser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und Lustiger Arzt,alle Therapeuten sind sehr bemüht aber besonders hervorzuheben ist Rezeptionistin Babara die immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht hatte.Das Therapiezentrum ist aus meiner Sicht zum weiterempfehlen. Wirklich tolles Team ? Very nice and funny doctor, all therapists are very hard-working but especially noteworthy is the receptionist Babara who always had a smile on his face. The therapy center is from my point of view to recommend. Really great team ?

Ich bin noch nicht fertig mit meinen Behandlungen,habe die Hälfte hinter mir und es geht mir viel besser. Das Therapiezentrum ist sehr zu empfehlen! Very friendly ladies at the reception, the doctor was very precise, therapists are very competent! I'm not finished with my treatments, I'm halfway through and I'm much better. The therapy center is highly recommended!

Mein Kind hätte wegen eine Skoliose eine richtige Behandlung bekommen sollen, auch die Empfehlungen wegen weiteren Behandlungen waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Leider Unfortunately I haven't had any good experiences. My child should have received the right treatment for scoliosis, and the recommendations for further treatments were not satisfactory either. R	Regina Pomberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit über 20 Jahren in diesem Therapiezentrum,aber so eine bodenlose Frechheit und vulgäre Umgangsart wie heute mir gegenüber von einer gewissen Lisi von der Anmeldung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ersten hatte sie keinen Mundschutz oben, masregelte mich in einem Ton ,da ich um ca 20 Minuten zu früh kam und schickte mich mit einer schweren Gehbehinderung wieder weg, sie dürfe niemanden warten lassen.Stellte mich als Lügnerin hin, das dies nicht stimme man hätte es mir gesagt. Mir sagte niemand das ich erst 5 - höchstens 10 Minuten vorher kommen dürfte und die Therapiepläne wären alte Vorlagen,die gelten nicht. Das letzte mal warteten wir auch zu dritt,da man ja eh nur auf jeden zweiten Sitzplatz sitzen darf.Hinter mir standen heute 3 Personen ganz eng beisammen,Abstand ca 20 cm die nicht zusammengehörten,da sagte die liebe Fr.Lisi nichts. Als ich weggeschickt wurde und nach 10 Minuten wieder kam,sass eine nichtbehinderte Dame am Platz, die warten durfte. Nicht mehr zu empfehlen,auch der Ärztin bei der Erstuntersuchung musste ich 2 mal sagen ich bräuchte auch Moor auf den Knien und trotzdem wurde es nicht aufgeschrieben,sondern eine Gangschulung,mit orthopädischen Schuhen,soll ich abrollen lernen.Kann und darf ohne Schuhe auch nicht gehen..Da frage ich mich schon. Nobody told me that I could only come 5 - 10 minutes before at the most and the therapy plans were old templates that do not apply. The last time there were three of us waiting, since you are only allowed to sit on every second seat. Behind me today there were 3 people standing very close together, distance about 20 cm who did not belong together, then dear Ms. Lisi said nothing. When I was sent away and came back after 10 minutes, a non-disabled lady was sitting at the place who was allowed to wait. No longer recommended, I also had to tell the doctor twice during the initial examination that I also needed moor on my knees and yet it was not written down, but instead I should learn to roll through gait training with orthopedic shoes. Can and must not without shoes go .. I wonder.

B	Birgit Zellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte gerade über die erfahrenen Misstände berichten, aber da sie einer andern Kundin angedroht haben rechtliche Schritte gegen sie einzuleiten, habe ich meine Rezenssion wieder gelöscht. Alles hat zwei Seiten und eine verärgerte Kunden rechtlich zu belangen ist ohne Worte. Aus diesem Grund sage ich einfach nur: ich war nicht zufrieden, ich hatte nicht das Gefühl das man auf mein Problem eingeht und es gab keine Verbesserung. Ich empfehle Ihnen ihre Mitarbeiter im Bereich Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz zu schulen. I was about to report on the abuses experienced, but since they threatened another customer to take legal action against them, I deleted my review again. There are two sides to everything and there are no words to take legal action against a disgruntled customer. For this reason, I'll just say: I wasn't satisfied, I didn't have the feeling that my problem was addressed and there was no improvement. I recommend that you train your employees in the area of friendliness and competence.
