Im Vorzimmer Wasserflecken an der Wand entdeckt, Herr Droschke war innerhalb von 1Std vor Ort und konnte Dank seinem tollen Team den Wasserschaden am gleichen Tag lokalisieren und beheben. Leider schon ein paar mal auf schnelle Hilfe im trauten Heim angewiesen gewesen. Oft wird man vertröstet und Termine werden nicht eingehalten.... aber scheinbar hatte ich diesmal Glück im Unglück . Ein guter Freund hatte mir die Firma Phoenix empfohlen und es war ein Goldgriff. Ich schreibe auch normalerweise keine Rezesionen , aber hier war es mir ein Besürfnis ! Danke Danke Danke Lg Markus M. Kann man sehr empfehlen wenn man eine Sanierung nach einem Brand- oder Wasserschaden hat. Alles TOP und wie neu. Trockner wurden prompt bereit gestellt und die Feuchtigkeit nach Fertigstellung sämtlicher Arbeiten gemessen und über die Versicherung abgerechnet. Top Unternehmen und exzellenter Betreuer Very quick and professional problem solving by Mr. Bernhard Leitgeber after a water damage in the kitchen. Dryers were promptly made available and the humidity measured after all the work had been completed and settled by the insurance company. Top company and excellent supervisor
C	Christoph Droschke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese Firma jeden weiterempfehlen der ebenfalls einen Wasserschaden oder sogar einen Brandschaden hat. Als ich am Abend um 22:00 einen Wasserschaden bei mir im Haus hatte und deswegen der Strom ausfiel, kamen sie mir trotz der späten Uhrzeit zur Hilfe. Ein 2 Mann Team Stand innerhalb von 20 Minuten schon vor meiner Tür und schauten sich die Ursache an. Nachdem die Ursache gefunden war organisierten sie einen Installateur und auch einen Elektriker damit ich in der Früh Strom habe und mich sogar noch duschen konnte. Danach wickelten sie alles sehr professionell ab sodass ich mich um fast nichts mehr kümmern musste. Ein herzliches danke dafür nochmals an das Phoenix Group Team I can recommend this company to anyone who also has water damage or even fire damage. When I had water damage in my house at 10:00 p.m. and the power went out, they came to my aid despite the late hour. A 2 man team stood in front of my door within 20 minutes and looked at the cause. After the cause was found, they organized a plumber and an electrician so that I could have electricity in the morning and even take a shower. Then they handled everything very professionally so that I hardly had to worry about anything. Many thanks again to the Phoenix Group team
