Jeder von der Straße sieht was ich kaufe oder verkaufe. Für mich zu gefährlich. I no longer come to Philoro. The price in the branch was higher than what was said on the phone. Unfortunately not discreetly there either. Everyone on the street sees what I'm buying or selling. Too dangerous for me.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Internetshop - habe bei philoro angerufen und es stellte sich heraus, dass der Fehler in meinem Internetbrowser lag. Der war seit Kauf meines Laptops nicht neu raufgespielt worden. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und kompetent am Telefon von einem Mitarbeiter, der für den Internetshop zuständig ist, durch die Installation geleitet. Abgeholt habe ich meine Bestellung in der Grazer Filiale. Hat toll funktioniert. Ab jetzt immer so. I'm very satisfied. I had a problem with the internet shop - I called philoro and it turned out that the error was in my internet browser. It hadn't been reloaded since I bought my laptop. I was guided through the installation in a very friendly and competent manner on the phone by an employee responsible for the internet shop. I picked up my order in the Graz branch. It worked great. From now on always like this.

Ich kann einige negative Bewertungen nicht verstehen, aber vielleicht waren damals andere Mitarbeiter dort. Für mich lief alles glatt und werde wieder dort kaufen. It was my first time buying from philoro and had previously received information from the Graz branch by phone. I can't understand some of the negative reviews, but maybe other staff were there then. Everything went smoothly for me and will be buying there again.

(turns the word around in his mouth.) I wouldn't say tried very hard.

Das erste Mal habe ich nach einer Stunde Wartezeit aufgegeben (ca. 20 Min. vor dem Zusperren bin ich dann woandershin gegangen und konnte dort den Kauf sofort abschließen) - mit mir sind dann noch weitere wartende Kunden mitgekommen! Diese Woche wollte ich wieder eine Münze kaufen und war 7 Min. vor dem Ladenschluss an der Tür. Das Geschäft war leider schon zugesperrt. Kundenfreundlich nenne ich dies sicher nicht. Somit werde ich falls ich wieder mal eine Münze als Geschenk kaufen möchte, gleich woandershin gehen! I have now tried to buy coins there twice. Unfortunately I didn't succeed. The first time I gave up after an hour of waiting (about 20 minutes before the lock I went somewhere else and was able to complete the purchase there immediately) - other waiting customers came along with me! This week I wanted to buy another coin and was at the door 7 minutes before the shop closed. Unfortunately, the shop was already closed. I certainly don't call this customer-friendly. So if I want to buy a coin as a gift again, I'll go somewhere else!

Da wünscht man sich die ältere nette Dame und den netten Herren wieder zurück (die waren absolut top und stets sehr bemüht). Der aktuellen jungen Dame (Junior - Filialleitung?!) musste ich 4x erklären was ich haben wollte. 3x falsch gebracht und extrem langsamer Schritt!! Zudem liebes philoro - team solltet Ihr vielleicht nicht jederman Einsicht gewähren, dass ihr im September des Vorjahres beklaut wurdet (direkt am Schalter am Whiteboard alles schön ablesbar) denn das zeugt nicht wirklich von ehwissen. 3x 100 gramm Philoro Barren uns so ^^ das andere war nicht ganz lesbar aber zirka ist ein halbes kilo lt. angepinnten zettel... Dazu noch die Handynummer eines Kripobeamten für jeden einsehebar... Huiiii... Ich werd wohl wieder zum Mitbewerb gehen oder online bestellen. Schade, aber 25 Minuten sich die Beine in den Bauch zu stehen geht gar nicht (hat früher keine 5 Minuten gedauert). Ganz klar 0 Sterne! Back in the Graz branch after 2 years. Just underground. You wish the older nice lady and the nice gentlemen back again (they were absolutely great and always tried very hard). I had to explain four times what I wanted to the current young lady (Junior - branch manager?!). 3x wrong brought and extremely slow step!! In addition, dear philoro - team, you should perhaps not allow everyone to see that you were robbed in September of the previous year (everything can be read directly at the counter on the whiteboard) because that does not really indicate ehwissen. 3x 100 gram Philoro bars us so ^^ the other was not quite legible but about half a kilo according to the pinned label... In addition, the cell phone number of a detective for everyone to see... Huiiii... I'll probably go back to the competition go or order online. It's a pity, but standing your legs up for 25 minutes isn't possible (it used to take less than 5 minutes). Definitely 0 stars!

Wir fahren von Kärnten (!) los um dann wieder nach Hause zu fahren, weil eben nicht alles da war! Und für die Zustellung (bei Barzahlung nicht mehr änderbar) wollte der arrogante, aber überspitzt höfliche Herr auch noch 20 Euro.... Ich war am vereinbarten Zeitpunkt am vereinbarten Ort mit dem vereinbarten Betrag - wie kommt er dazu die Frechheit zu besitzen??? Beim zweiten Anlauf würde ich dann gefühlt von Kindern bedient, auch OK. Aber dass nach Vorankündigung die Bestellung noch nicht "hergerichtet" ist und erst alles zusammengesucht, abgezählt und abgehackt werden muss.... 25min Warten... Also unter Dienstleistung verstehe ich was anderes! Telephone confirmation and email confirmation that the order is complete and ready to be picked up. We drive from Carinthia (!) and then drive back home because not everything was there! And for the delivery (cannot be changed with cash payment) the arrogant but exaggeratedly polite gentleman also wanted 20 euros... I was at the agreed time at the agreed place with the agreed amount - how dare he have the nerve to have it?? ? At the second attempt, I would then felt served by children, also OK. But that according to advance notice, the order is not yet "prepared" and everything has to be gathered, counted and chopped off first... 25 minutes of waiting... So I understand something different by service!
