★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr bemühte Heimleitung.- Trotzdem haben wir uns den Aufenthalt für unseren opa anders vorgestellt. Zum Beispiel wurde sein Trinken auf den Nachtisch hinter ihm gestellt- er kam ohne Hilfe leider nicht dran. Irgendwann war er so ausgetrocknet da er nicht selbst die Flasche halten konnte das ihm eine Infusion angehängt wurde. „Man kann sich nicht nur um einen kümmern, es sind so viele Bewohner und ich bin allein“ sagte eine bemühte Pflegekraft zu uns. Sehr schade, auch verständlich, trotzdem geschockt standen wir da- diese Verpflegung bezahlt man ja eigentlich auch.
Eine andere Pflegekraft schmiss ihn regelrecht in sein Bett - er schrie „aua aua“ als wir dort waren - uns standen die Tränen im Gesicht, als wir ihn nach nur einer Woche (!) wieder nachhause holen wollte, verstarb er leider.
An und für sich eine tolle Einrichtung mit leider unterbesetztem Pflegepersonal…
 Very hard-working home management. - Nevertheless, we imagined the stay for our grandfather differently. For example, his drink was placed on the dessert table behind him - unfortunately he couldn't get to it without help. At some point he was so dehydrated because he couldn't hold the bottle himself that an IV was attached to him. "You can't take care of just one, there are so many residents and I'm alone," said a caring nurse to us. It's a pity, understandable, but we stood there shocked - you actually pay for this food.
Another nurse literally threw him into his bed - he screamed "ouch ouch" when we were there - we had tears on our faces, when we wanted to bring him back home after only a week (!), he unfortunately passed away.
In and of itself a great facility with unfortunately understaffed nursing staff…
