★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch nach Anmeldung war meine Mutter meistens nicht mit sauberen Gewand bekleidet.Ein vergammelter Teller mit Essen wurde von mir im Nachtkasten gefunden und einer Pflegeperson überreicht, die sich darüber nicht äußerte und nur damit weg ging, ich denke eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen.Als meine Mutter im Sterben lag und ich sie besuchte war auch das Zimmer unaufgeräumtund obwohl man mir einen speziellen Raum versprach lag sie mit einer 2. Person dort, die dann Allles rund ums Sterben mit erleben musste. Nach ihrem Tod sollte ich alles abholen, obwohl ich Alles dort lassen wollte und bekam dann Gute Gesundheitsschuhe und einen wunderschönen Bademantel nicht zurück,speziell diese Sachen hatte ich schon für jemanden Anderen vorgesehen.Angeblich wissen die nicht wo das hin gekommen ist. Und den Rollstuhl bekam ich ganz verschmutzt zurück, mit der Ausrede das ist Staub aber man sah klar und deutlich das es vom Essen und Trinken ist.Normalerweise gibt man das geputzt zurück, das alles hat mich sehr gekränkt und beleidigt

Normally you give it back cleaned, everything offended me and offended me very much
