Well, I've only had the best experiences! The carers are nice and Monika really tries hard to make it fit for everyone! I can recommend this agency with a clear conscience!

Leider hat die erbrachte Leistung der Pflegerin NICHTS mit der vereinbarten Leistung zu tun! ( Pflegerin verfügte nicht über ausreichend Fachwissen und könnte einfache Pflegearbeiten nicht erfüllen )
Die Agentur ist für Personen die PFLEGE benötigen nicht geeignet!
Für Heimhilfe mit etwas Kochen und Spazieren gehen zum stolzen Preis ist die Agentur genau richtig.
Very good information talk with Mrs. Bürstinger.
Unfortunately, the service provided by the carer NICHTS has nothing to do with the agreed service! (Nurse did not have sufficient expertise and could not fulfill simple care work)
The agency is not suitable for people who need CARE!
For home help with a little cooking and going for a good price, the agency is just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie unten kann ich nur bestätigen, dass die Pfleger nicht für Pflegeleistungen geeignet sind. Sie sind eher glorifizierte Haushaltshilfen ohne Fachkenntnisse. Fr. Bürstinger ist extrem unsympathisch und man bekommt den Eindruck, dass sie nur aufs Geld aus ist. Des Weiteren ist es sehr umprofessionell, dass sie ihre "Angestellten" anscheinend zu positiven Google Bewertungen motiviert (siehe unten). Nicht zu empfehlen.
As below, I can only confirm that the caregivers are not suitable for nursing services. They are more like glorified domestic helpers without specialist knowledge. Ms. Bürstinger is extremely unsympathetic and you get the impression that she is only after money. Furthermore, it is very unprofessional that she apparently motivates her "employees" to give positive Google ratings (see below). Not recommendable.
