S	Sonja Wimplinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider fühlte ich mich wieder überhaupt nicht wohl (erster Klinikaufenthalt 2012) Mir wurde weder zugehört, noch respektvoll umgegangen, ich musste die ganze Zeit Entscheidungen in Sekunden treffen (sicher mit dem Hintergrund, mir eine OP unterzujubeln), es herrschte ständig hektisches Treiben, der Umgang mit dem Pferd lässt sich auch in Frage stellen! Keine kompetente Beratung - so dass ich ständig mit meiner Tierärztin in Kontakt war! Auch als ich mich entschieden habe mein Pferd einschläfern zu lassen, war der Umgang alles andere als nett - was man sich in so einer Situation auf jeden Fall wünscht! Die Rechnung war wie erwartet sehr saftig - welche nach einer schriftlichen Beschwerde meinerseits - etwas gesenkt wurde! Ich kann mit ruhigem Gewissen behaupten, dass wir bis zum Schluss hin nett Euch gegenüber geblieben sind! Unfortunately I didn't feel well at all again (first hospital stay in 2012) I was neither listened to nor treated respectfully, I had to make decisions in seconds all the time (certainly with the background of cheering me on an operation), there was always hectic activity, the handling of the horse can also be questioned! No competent advice - so I was in constant contact with my veterinarian! Even when I decided to put my horse to sleep, the handling was anything but nice - which you definitely want in such a situation! As expected, the bill was very juicy - which was somewhat reduced after a written complaint on my part! I can say with a clear conscience that we stayed nice to you until the end!

Wir wussten zu jeder Zeit, dass Alessa hier in besten Händen ist, ihr nichts abgeht (außer wir ?) und top versorgt wird. Wir wurden täglich informiert, wie die nächsten Behandlungsschritte aussehen, wie der Heilungsprozess verläuft. Wir hoffen zwar, dass wir nicht so bald wieder die Klinik brauchen, aber wissen, dass wir hier ein Kompetenzzentrum kennen gelernt haben, zu dem wir Vertrauen haben dürfen. Danke! Very hard-working, reliable, friendly and courteous. We knew at all times that Alessa is in the best of hands here, that she is not missing anything (except us ?) and that she is well looked after. We were informed on a daily basis about the next treatment steps and how the healing process is going. We hope that we won't need the clinic again anytime soon, but we know that we have got to know a competence center here that we can trust. Thanks!

Das gesamte Team war äußerst nett, wir fühlen uns dort mit unseren Pferd bestens aufgehoben. Dies bietet die beste Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Heilung. We were out of necessity for the first time here with our mare Alessa. Right from the start we had the feeling that Alessa was in the best possible hands there. The whole team was extremely nice, we feel in good hands there with our horses. This provides the best basis for successful healing.

Im august 2020 musste ich leider mein eigenes pferd auch nach tillysburg bringen, wieder wegen einer kolik. Dieses mal war der darm verstopft. Meine sasari musste leider auch operiert werden. Bis jetzt schaut alles gut aus. Die pferde werden gut versorgt und die boxen sind immer ausgemistet und ordentlich. Zugegeben ein etwas teures unterfangen, aber ich denke man gibt aus, was einem sein pferd wert ist. Das personal ist nett und auskunftsfreudig. Es wird alles gut erklährt und man bekommt einen "fahrplan" für 12 wochen, was nach der operation zu tun ist. I had already brought my wife's horse to the operation 5 years ago because of a colic (twisted bowel). It is still in the best of health today. In august 2020 i had to bring my own horse to tillysburg, again because of a colic. This time the bowel was blocked. Unfortunately, my sasari also had to be operated on. So far everything looks fine. The horses are well looked after and the boxes are always mucked out and tidy. Admittedly, a somewhat expensive undertaking, but I think you spend what your horse is worth to you. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Everything is well explained and you get a "timetable" for 12 weeks of what to do after the operation.
