Ein schöner (wenn auch ein steiler) Aufstieg zur Kirche ist über den Schöpfungsweg (Despordes Stiege). Der Schöpfungsweg zweigt unten etwas versteckt von der Bergstraße ab und schließt sich dieser wieder kurz vor der Kirche an.
Sehr interessant sind die Führungen in der Felsenkirche und im alten Glockenturm. Führungen finden zwischen April und Oktober an jedem Freitag Nachmittag statt - Details gibt es auf der offizieller Webseite der Gemeinde Pitten
Glockengeläut um 6:00 Uhr (an Wochenenden um 7:00) und 19:00 Uhr, dazu gibt es ein schönes Glockenspiel zweimal am Tag um 11:00 und 18:00 Uhr. Da die Glocken im freien stehen, wird es zu den gegebenen Zeiten am Kirchenvorplatz extrem laut.
Um die Kirche stehen verstreut einige Kunstwerke - Bilder sowie hölzerne Miniaturgebäude, mit vielen überraschenden und witzigen Details - Präzisionshandwerk eines in der Umgebung lebenden Künstlerpaares. Die Zusammenstellung der Kunstwerke ändert sich immer wieder - es kommen neue dazu, einige alte werden woanders untergebracht. Das Künstlerpaar betreibt unweit der Kirche ein paar Bienenstöcke welche mittlerweile ebenfalls zu einer Besucherattraktion geworden sind.

A nice (albeit a steep) climb to the church is via the Schöpfungsweg (Despordes Stiege). The path of creation branches off from the mountain road, somewhat hidden, and joins it again shortly before the church.
The tours in the rock church and in the old bell tower are very interesting. Guided tours take place every Friday afternoon between April and October - details are available on the official website of the municipality of Pitten
Bells ring at 6:00 a.m. (on weekends at 7:00 a.m.) and 7:00 p.m., plus there is a beautiful carillon twice a day at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Since the bells are outside, it gets extremely loud on the church forecourt at the given times.
Around the church there are some works of art - pictures as well as wooden miniature buildings, with many surprising and funny details - precision handicraft by an artist couple living in the area. The composition of the works of art changes again and again - new ones are added, some old ones are placed elsewhere. The artist couple runs a few beehives not far from the church, which have meanwhile also become a visitor attraction.
