Jahrhundert und bis zum Ausgang des Mittelalters hatten die Äbte einen ständigen Kampf zu führen, um die dem Kloster gemachten Schenkungen und zuerkannten Rechte zu sichern. Nach den unruhigen Zeiten der Kriege mit den Ungarn, die bei Ernsthofen 1485 eine Brücke über die Enns geschlagen und beiderseits des Flusses unter Wilhelm Tettauer Schanzen errichtet hatten, erlebte das Stift noch vor der Glaubensspaltung eine Blütezeit unter Abt Gregor Grand (1504–1520). Sein Nachfolger Thomas Amfeldt (1520–1539) musste zusehen, wie türkische Kavallerie aus dem Streifkorps Kasimsbegs im September 1532 die Gegend von Gleink und Dietach verwüstete.[2] The Romanesque monastery building was damaged by fires in 1220, 1275 and 1313. As early as the 13th century and until the end of the Middle Ages, the abbots had to wage a constant struggle to secure the gifts and rights granted to the monastery. After the troubled times of the wars with the Hungarians, who built a bridge over the Enns near Ernsthofen in 1485 and built entrenchments on both sides of the river under Wilhelm Tettauer, the monastery flourished under Abbot Gregor Grand (1504–1520) before the religious split. His successor Thomas Amfeldt (1520–1539) had to watch how Turkish cavalry from Kasimsbeg's patrol corps devastated the area of Gleink and Dietach in September 1532. [2]

S	Stefan Kaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Parrkirche präsentiert sich als dreischiffige und fünfjochige Pfeilerbasilika. Das ehemalige Klostergebäude ist ein Werk aus der 2. Hälfte des 17. und des frühen 18. Jahrhunderts. Der rechteckige Haupthof ist rundherum hermetisch abgeschlossen. Im Mittelpunkt seiner Längsseite befindet sich der Kirchturm. Gleink gehörte damals zu den kleineren Stiften im Lande ob der Enns. The Parrkirche presents itself as a three-aisled and five-bay pillar basilica. The former monastery building is a work from the 2nd half of the 17th and early 18th centuries. The rectangular main courtyard is hermetically sealed all around. In the center of its long side is the church tower. At that time Gleink was one of the smaller monasteries in the state above the Enns.
