★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petwalk kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Hundetüre funktioniert seit Update nicht mehr. Ich habe vom Kundendienst erfahren, dass man als Endkunde nicht als Kunde zählt und dementsprechend auch so behandelt wird. Versprochene Rückmeldungen vom Kundendienst wurden nicht eingehalten.
Nach Reparatur waren mehrere Schrauben lose und eine fehlte ganz. Zu diesem Vorfall hat sich Petwalk nicht geäussert. Meine nächste Hundetüre wird nicht mehr von Petwalk sein! Produkt und Service ein Flop
 I cannot recommend Petwalk. Dog door no longer works since the update. I learned from customer service that as an end customer you don't count as a customer and are accordingly treated that way. Promised feedback from customer service was not kept.
After repair, several screws were loose and one was completely missing. Petwalk has not commented on this incident. My next dog door won't be from Petwalk anymore! Product and service a flop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Tür musste eingeschickt werden, weil sie ein Eigenleben entwickelt hat (um es einfach zu erklären) Der Kundenservice und die Technikabteilung sind wirklich sehr bemüht, total freundlich, hilfsbereitund zuvorkommend! Ich hoffe das nach der Reparatur alles wieder funktioniert!? Wir sind zufrieden und können die PetWalk Tür nur empfehlen!
Our door had to be sent in because it had developed a life of its own (to explain it simply). The customer service and the technical department really tried hard, very friendly, helpful and courteous! I hope everything works again after the repair !? We are satisfied and can only recommend the PetWalk door!

Our petwalk has now been active for a few months. The freedom for our cats and for us is just great. The rather expensive petwalk is worth every penny. For questions of any kind, we received a prompt response from customer service. We can only recommend the petwalk!

Once we contacted Petwalk they were extremely professional and supplied us with a new door at no cost. This was shipped and dealt with within 2 weeks which was amazing given the internation logistics.
We would highly recommend petwalk to anyone looking for a automated door. The product is fantastic and after sales support is outstanding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best dog door you could ever have. Works so well and their after sales service is amazing. We had a slight problem after 3 years with the door creaking. Contacted them and within 30mins we had a response with a solution of what we needed to adjust and grease and works perfectly again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PetWalk door - or our cat's and dog's megaportal is totally magnificent and quite unlike anything else on the market. Engineered to exquisite precision, i would not be at all surprised to find out there was one on the International Space Station. For cats who are too posh to push (or too stupid in our case) this is a fantastic solution, and equally good for the dog. It is perfectly safe and secure and is customisable to the nth degree. Also, the after-sales service is speed-of-light and incredibly helpful. The Excellent Natalie even created a video for me to identify which nut to tighten as a routine maintenance exercise. Highly recommended and i am happy to give more details
