Unsere Katzenbande hat den Neuzugang mittlerweile voll akzeptiert und beim nächsten Fellnasen-Zuwachs werden wir ganz sicher wieder Ihre Unterstützung einholen. Die Betreuung war kompetent, liebevoll und sowohl für 2 als auch 4-Beiner sehr Verständnisvoll. Petra Ott helped us a lot with the reunion with a new cat and "incidentally" also solved the pee problem. Our cat gang has meanwhile fully accepted the newcomer and we will definitely get your support again with the next fur nose growth. The support was competent, loving and very understanding for both 2 and 4-legged friends.

Das Problem ist noch nicht komplett gelöst, aber wir haben schon sehr große Fortschritte gemacht, dank Frau Otts professioneller Unterstützung. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen!!! Mrs. Ott was extremely competent and incredibly nice. I have a problem with an extremely anxious shelter hangover. The problem has not yet been completely resolved, but we have made great strides thanks to Ms. Otts professional support. I highly recommend them !!!

Sie ist eine sehr sympathische Frau und hat uns ihre Kenntnisse mit viel Witz mitgeteilt. Es gab auch immer die Möglichkeit Fragen zu stellen. Der Abend ist leider viel zu schnell verlaufen. Ich kann nur empfehlen: bei nächster Gelegenheit unbedingt dabei sein!!! The lecture "Behavioral Problems in Cats" by Ms. Petra Ott in the Tierquartier on September 17th, 2020 was extremely interesting. She is a very personable woman and shared her knowledge with us with a lot of humor. There was always the opportunity to ask questions. Unfortunately, the evening passed far too quickly. I can only recommend: be there at the next opportunity !!!

Wir hatten zuvor alles versucht: Waren beim Tierarzt, haben andere Futter probiert, geschimpft, nicht geschimpft, mit Wasser angespritzt, ... - nichts hat geholfen. Unser letzter Ausweg hat uns zu Fr. Ott geführt. Sie hatte sofort Zeit für uns und unser Anliegen und ist zu einem Hausbesuch zu uns gekommen, um die Katzen kennenzulernen und alles selbst beurteilen zu können. Zusammen mit uns hat sie einen Plan ausgearbeitet, welchen wir die nächsten Wochen umsetzten mussten. Alle 2 Wochen haben wir im Video-Call den aktuellen Stand besprochen und geklärt wie wir weiter vorgehen. Mittlerweile leben unsere zwei Katzen wieder zusammen und mögen sich auch wieder. Es gibt kein markieren mehr. Liebe Fr. Ott - vielen lieben Dank für Ihre Unterstützung! Man merkt, dass Sie Katzen nicht nur lieben sondern verstehen. Wir sind Ihnen so unendlich dankbar. Bevor wir Sie kennengelernt haben, standen wir vor der schweren Entscheidung die zwei weggeben zu müssen, mittlerweile leben wir alle wieder glücklich zusammen. Das haben wir Ihnen zu verdanken! :) My two British Shorthair males had fallen out and started marking all over the place. We had tried everything beforehand: went to the vet, tried other foods, cursed, not cursed, splashed water on, ... - nothing helped. Our last resort led us to Ms. Ott. She immediately had time for us and our concerns and came to visit us at home to get to know the cats and to be able to judge everything for herself. Together with us she worked out a plan that we had to implement over the next few weeks. Every 2 weeks we discussed the current status in a video call and clarified how we should proceed. In the meantime our two cats are living together again and like each other again. There is no longer any marking. Dear Ms. Ott - thank you very much for your support! You can tell that you not only love cats but understand them. We are so infinitely grateful to you. Before we met you, we faced the difficult decision to have to give the two away, now we all live happily together again. We owe that to you! :)
