We had an emergency when the main water main shut-off valve broke off. An employee was there within 10 minutes and was able to replace the tap.

Dates not kept / did not appear without information. After 3 months the repair was still not carried out and the missing part was not even ordered.

Bei mehrmaliger Nachfrage wird einem erklärt, der Termin wurde ihrerseits nie bestätigt. Versprochene Rückrufe finden nicht statt. Wenn der Termin dann doch endlich klappt, macht dankenswerterweise die Kompetenz der Techniker die Inkompetenz der Bürokraft wieder wett, dennoch ein Hürdenlauf bis dahin. The office worker seems out of place. Deadlines are not kept. If you ask more than once, you will be told that the appointment was never confirmed on your part. Promised callbacks do not take place. If the appointment finally works out, thankfully the competence of the technicians makes up for the incompetence of the office staff, but still a hurdle until then.
