Aber es gibt erfreulicherweise auch genügend andere Alternativen! No accommodation in the case of cancellation caused by a faulty COVID-19 test! That way you won't win new customers! Fortunately, there are also plenty of other alternatives!
S	Steffen S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub am schönen Millstätter See. Die junge Chefin ist super freundlich und hat uns sehr gut mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten beraten. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein kleines Strandbad vom Campingplatz was kostenlos benutzt werden darf. Somit kann man alles zu Fuss erreichen. Zu den Zimmern, es ist sauber und es liegen keine alten Teppiche im Zimmer. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert und auch wurden die Betten bereits gegen neue getauscht. Lediglich die Möbel/Schränke erinnern noch an vergangene Tage... Das soll sich aber auch nich ändern. Daher für uns auch kein Grund die Bewertung zu kürzen da man schließlich Preis- Leistung nicht vergessen darf und da die Betten super waren und wir somit sehr gut schlafen konnten passt für uns das wichtigste um uns wohl zu fühlen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ganz wunderbar und umfangreich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Annika und Steffen aus Unterfranken The hotel is ideal for a short break on beautiful Lake Millstatt. The young boss is super friendly and gave us very good advice on excursions. Right next door is a small lido from the campsite which can be used free of charge. So you can reach everything on foot. As for the rooms, it's clean and there are no old carpets in the room. The bathrooms are newly renovated and the beds have already been exchanged for new ones. Only the furniture / cupboards are reminiscent of days gone by ... But that shouldn't change either. So there is no reason for us to shorten the rating because you shouldn't forget price-performance ratio and since the beds were great and we could sleep very well, the most important thing for us is to feel comfortable. The breakfast is also wonderful and extensive. All in all highly recommended. We would love to come back. Annika and Steffen from Lower Franconia

Man hat sich bemüht uns unterzubringen, obwohl ziemlich ausgebucht war. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Klein und fein. Als kein Taxi verfügbar war hat uns die Juniochefin sogar selbst in die Stadt gefahren. Außerdem hat sie uns viele Tips für Motorradstrecken gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Were greeted despite our spontaneous visit in this family-run guesthouse for the season very nice. They tried to accommodate us, although quite booked. Breakfast was delicious. Small and fine. When no taxi was available, the junior boss even drove us to the city. She has also given us many tips for motorcycle routes. We felt very comfortable!

Abbondante e con molta scelta la colazione. Permesso di accedere anche alla spiaggia del vicino campeggio. In passing by cycling around Austria. We stayed only one day. We had a great time. Spacious and clean room. Abundant and with plenty of choice for breakfast. Access to the beach of the nearby campsite.

WC Brille nicht befestigt und nicht immer heißes Wasser Too expensive next to the busy street, moldy spread at breakfast. Room stink and very old furniture. Toilet glasses not attached and not always hot water
R	Ralf Lehnert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht und wurden im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Dort war es wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, das Bad mit niedriger Dusche neu renoviert. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See sehr idyllisch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Kaffee sehr gut. Wir konnten auf der Überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, ein E-Fahrzeug zu laden. We had booked a quiet room and were accommodated in the adjoining building. It was really very quiet there. The room is big enough, the bathroom with a low shower newly renovated. The view from the balcony of the lake is very idyllic. The breakfast was ok, the coffee was very good. We could sit on the covered terrace. The only drawback is that there is no way to charge an e-vehicle.
